short battery life, did not come with all the parts in the pictures, come with 1 extra filter, not design for tall people, because the stick vacuum is short. Wish it comes with two batteries,

Nice vacuum to have for smaller picker upper items at home. Like the swivel of the floor element, which let's you pick up and go sideways in small areas at one time. I think it needs a bit more power to it for picking up stuff. The battery could've been located in a lower part of the handle, kind of bulky and a bit on the way when using. Didn't get to use it right away and it was late for a return. For someone with hand health issues, could be hard to work with.

Excellent workmanship from this small machine!! Cleans up small messes quickly and great on my walls.

This cordless stick vacuum cleaner is the first on that I have ever bought. It works great on the floors and the carpets. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great for what I needed it for. I love the way it twists and turns and i can get under the bed or dressers etc.

I bought this vacuum Sept 1 because I thought it was a great deal. After using it once, I attempted to recharge the battery only to discover that the battery will not take a fresh charge. I contacted the vendor via the Best Buy app and the vendor “Moosoo” sent me a new battery. Unfortunately the same thing happened. It worked for about 20 minutes then I plugged it in to recharge. Again, the battery failed to take a full charge. A month later I’m still trying to get a refund or replacement. Best Buy will NOT refund this item because it’s sold through a third party vendor as “Best Buy Marketplace”. I feel like I have as just ripped off !!
