The charger functions as advertised. It's much slower than my other chargers, but that is to be expected with 15 Watts of power. It took ~90 minutes to charge from 25% to 75% while my phone was on but not being used (no case). It can charge through a ~1/4 inch case, but it gets harder to position it on the charger to get it to connect the thicker the case. I don't know if it charges slower in a case—I haven't timed it yet. The charging cord (not including the power supply block or charging pad) is 41 inches. It also charged my Soundcore and Tozo Bluetooth earbuds, which surprised me. Warning: Don't leave your credit card—or any other card with a magnetic strip—on the back of your phone (I have a thin phone wallet) while charging. Mine stopped working after I tried charging through my case.

It has to be placed in a certain way and this is a little annoying, but gets the job done

Was told item would be delivered on a Friday and I counted on it. Didn’t come until she following Tuesday!!! Late for the birthday of my daughter-in-law. How embarrassing!! Never again!!

I honestly thought it was going to be extremely slow but it ended up being a fast charger and very easy to set up that even works with phone cases not too thick but thin enough to pass through I highly recommend

Works as advertised, needed a replacement in a pinch and was pleasantly surprised. Samsung phones can be a little finicky with the fast charge technology, but this is a perfect third-parry solution.

Sleek look. Easy to carry around. I don't know if it's my phone or the charger, but sometimes there is a difficulty making a connection. I have a Motorola Razr, so that shouldn't be too difficult with the foldable ability of this type of phone to have the battery straight on with the charging port.

The device can charge an iPhone through the Otterbox Defender case without removing any part of the case. It can charge the phone from 30% charge to 90% in less than two hours as an example.

The wireless charger is great. Wo r ks great, convenient etc. The ironic thing, is that we didn't need it, but kept it anyway. You see, your amazing Geek Squad were able to fix the problem, that was preventing a hard wire charge! Yaay. Thank you Best Buy and ur fabulous Geek Squad.

We needed another charger of this nature in our home. It is easy to use and quickly charges our compatible devices. There is a slight hiccup when it comes to ensuring your device is properly situated on the charger so that it charges. Other than that, it is great!

This device works very well and helps to charge my phone very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

The charger works great and its fast charging, alright tho i wish it worked with my case on the phone, but other than that it does its job pretty good.

The product itself is good but it does have some features in my opinion that are missing for a wireless charging pad. Primarily the magnet that aligns the wireless pad to the proper back side of the phone because you will find yourself trying to align it right or your phone won’t charge. Another feature that would be nice is the texture of the product and when a phone is placed on top instead of being firm it’s to slippery in a form and doesn’t sit the phone right.

So much easier to use this charger. Very convenient and easy to use just set it down and forget it.

The connector port on my phone was damaged when somebody tripped on my charger cable and my phone fell in just the wrong way. No USBC cables would charge my phone so this charger pad saved the day! Charges super fast! Charges my ear buds by placing the case on it. This thing is a lifesaver. It may not be the best option for on-the-go charging but it is the perfect solution for charging a phone with a damaged cable port.

Product functions well. Charging occurs rapidly and without issue. One possibly downside is that if the phone is placed somewhat off center, it can appear to begin charging, but loses connection shortly thereafter. This issue can be avoided simply taking care when placing the phone on the device.
