This is overall a great case and charger. The only reason why not 5 stars is it does get warm to the touch when charging. It’s a little bulky but considering it’s charging your phone, definitely worth the little bit extra in size.

Well built and well designed. It adds extra juice about 50 to 60%. It charges wirelessly the battery pack and the Iphone X. It added a USB-C option to charge the case and the phone on top of the of the direct charging lightning cable!

This was the first power pack I have purchased. So far it been great, my phone lasts a lot long I can play on it for hours without charging. I also have dropped it and still provides great protection overall very nice .

The case charges using usb-c or wirelessly. There is no chin because the case will charge the phone wirelessly. Unfortunately the case does not provide a full charge for an iPhone X. So it will add approximately 75%. Besides that, it looks great and the weight gives it a good feel. Pro: No chin. Charges wirelessly. Cons: Does not provide a full charge. The case doesn't have an on/off switch. You have to hold the button down to turn it on. Hit or miss.

I love it! Its awesome! Its the first case of its kind that ive ever bought and i do not know why i waited this long. It worries me that i will either burn out the battery on my phone or the case, but it is great that you are able to choose when you want to charge it. and its not always on and making the phone overheat. Besides that some say it feels bulky, but i love it, it offers good protection and to me, it looks professional and stylish at the same time. probably will stick with these for a long time.

Compact design. Offers good protection for the phone. Love the open charge design that allows you to access the Mophie port or the phones lightning port.

This is my 3rd Mophie battery purchase. Great products that deliver as promised. As a road warrior it’s especially valuable to have extra battery for those unexpected airline delays or travel interruptions. The battery design is low profile and doesn’t add much bulk to the phone. The four corners on the front of the case are raised slightly to protect the phone screen when the phone is laid down on it’s face. I’d give it 5 stars if they would use the same cable input as the iPhone. iPhone is lightning input while Mophie is USB-C. Otherwise great product!

I am a Mophie Juice Pack fan, having used one for a previous iPhone. Great to have extra battery power on the go. Also, it provides a good thickness of protection for your valuable phone. On the other hand, the back of the battery sticks out from the rest, losing the nice slimness of an iPhone.

I liked this Mophie because you’re still able to use the lightning port on the iPhone, and there’s a separate one to plug in the mophie case as well. However, it never fully charged my phone, even if I had it plugged in, or used my wireless charger. It would overheat when charging as well. It was tricky getting off my phone, compared to prior mophies, but the buttons on the side seemed better quality than other models, which would typically break off on mine. Also lighter than prior models!

Durable and rugged. Easy installation and external battery lasts as marketed.

This is a godsend because I used to have 6-7 portable chargers in my bag and that's so much extra weight and you have the hassle of plugging in a charger. But it seems to stay on and run the battery out even when the phone battery is full. And it doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Still, it's better than carrying the extra chargers.

As described it’s an extra battery for your phone that you have to charge, but is built into a very strong, solid case. It’s nice that this model had the lighting cord exposure so we can actually use the headphones apple gives us. Overall great brand & great product.

This charging case works with wireless chargers which is great to not to have to remove the case. Checking status of the charge and turning it on and off is pretty straight forward. Case is also easy to get on the phone and you still have access to apple port on phone.

I purchased this charging case because I was going to be spending the day in New York. I charged up my phone with the case once and it exceeded my expectations! I loved the sleek design so it’s not super bulky in my pocket.

The battery pack is great as it uses wireless charging to charge your phone so you still have access to the phone's lightning port. I have had this case for a little while now and I wish the battery lasted longer. It will only charge my phone once before being completely dead.

This case does a good job or protecting my phone, while eliminating the need for me to carry an external battery pack to charge my phone while traveling. (Planes, etc) Very happy with this purchase.

Crucial for when the phone is in constant use for communicating with project teams. Attractive finish and gets me a bit of protection along with battery power on demand.

Got this for my teenage son and it is perfect! No more dead battery! The wireless Charging is definitely a bonus to this case, and the feel and how it fits is awesome!

This case works great. Although its a little bulky, it packs the punch to do the job. If your phone is in the red it’ll give u a full charge if not more
