I really wanted to like this Misoso PU leather laptop bag because the color and design look nice, but mine arrived badly misshapen. There was no inside stuffing or proper support in the package, so the bag had deep dents and creases right out of the box. I tried stuffing it for about 5 days to help it regain shape, but the damage did not come out. For a laptop bag, I expected better packaging and structure. The hardware and style are decent, but the condition it arrived in made it disappointing. 2 stars — nice-looking bag, but poor packaging caused damage that could not be fixed.
