Has everything you really need
Austin Posted
This is my first Android phone since I switched to Apple about 6 years ago. Happy to say this is a really good choice. Photos come out good and the battery life is really great on this. Fast charging is really convenient when you need it. The performance is really snappy. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the material on the back is not as durable as I was hoping. The corners show signs of wear since I just put it in my pocket. The phone is only a couple of months old and I don't really want to put a case on it since I like the form factor of it.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Austin. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying your first Android phone, its camera, battery life, fast charging, and overall performance. We understand your concern about the back material and wear on the corners. While the phone is designed to be durable, using a case can help protect the form factor and keep it looking new over time. Great Phone for the money.
funkyfresh2002 Posted
The edge is snappy, great call quality, solid signal strength, and great camera for every day. I dont think that the camera is better than the pixel and galaxy, but the edge thoroughly impressed with its quality. I traded in my pixel 8 for it and have no regrets. The charging is super fast and the battery lasts all day! Im at 55% at the end of the day even after work emails, calls, and light streaming and Facebook. If you have been looking for a solid motorla device, but the camera held you back, the edge solves that problem.

Motorola Keep It Up
DanS Posted
This is a great follow up in the line of motorola phones. Strong battery life, charges very quickly with 68W charger. Nice looking screen, even if you aren't all about the edge feature. Good camera features and zoom. Slim without being too big, after adding rubber case and screen protector. Would recommend for those who do not want to pay an arm and a leg for a phone. My previous phone was a Motorola G Power and this is a great upgrade.

Great storage, poor design and not durable.
Krys Posted
I like the features on the phone. The storage is amazing compared to what I had. The pictures are nice. My last phone came with PDF viewer installed but this one makes you watch videos to open PDFs. I have noticed some glitches now that it's been almost 2 years that I've owned it. I do not like the power off feature, should be easier to turn off the phone. I do like that it syncs toy computer and I can upload my pics via WiFi, no more plugging in to upload. I purchased a case for this phone on day 1 and there is not much out there to choose from, which is disappointing. The screen sticks up from the case and I researched every case I could find that would offer the best coverage for my phones. My husband dropped his phone a month into getting it. Screen cracked, payed $200 to get a new one. I dropped my phone, 12 mos and 2 weeks after purchase and screen has a small crack which has continued to run over the last few months. Screen ruined...My husband dropped his yesterday, small crack in the screen, phone is broken, it glitches constantly, the bottom of the screen is black the top just shows random numbers being pressed, can't even turn it off. Overall I would not purchase this phone again. I have 2 broken screens and 1 phone that can't be used at all. Just an FYI: we are not hard on out phones my phone before this one was a Samsung 9+, we have our phones for years. I dropped my Samsung a few times over the many years I had it and I never had the problems that I have had with this phone. The design is not durable and I don't recommend it for this reason alone.

Thin, fast, powerful, and quick charging. My Motorola Edge 2020 was still choochin' along fine but I wanted an upgrade. Motorola Edge pricing has been matched by Best Buy resulting in a very competitive price point for a very high end mid tier handset. Terrific at $250. Moto gestures, check 'em out.

Great Phone !
BeakersBrat Posted
I bought this phone in March or April 2025. I absolutely Love it. I Love that it has Fingerprint ID on the display instead of in the back. Makes it so much easier to get the Fingerprint ID to work. I had phones before where the biometrics scanner for the fingerprint ID was in the back of the phone. So it's nice that this phone has it on the front display. The battery life in this phone is really good. I can play games on my phone and not drain the battery too fast. And the performance is great too. It takes great pictures. And it has 256GB of Internal Storage. Which is way more storage than I am used to working with on any other of my devices. My only complaints are that this phone does not show me song title and artist when music is playing (I think that's called Always On Display ?). I acually have to do a Google Song Search to get that information. And this phone, like many other phones these days does not support SD for extra storage. But with 256GB of Internal Storage, I guess the manufacturer decided there is really no use for extra storage allowance. Otherwise this is a great phone. I have always Loved Motorola's phones. I still would highly recommend this phone !!

Hearing Aid Compatible 5 Stars
JamesM Posted
I replaced a Motorola Edge 2018 with the Edge 2024 and it is awesome. It auto-connects to my hearing aids and the sound is very clear. The alerts and notifications are plenty. And the recharge is quick, so no more charging overnight and risking damaging the battery. Terrific photos, too !

So far very happy with my new phone. The only thing I'm not happy with is that they wanted to charge me to transfer all my information to my new phone and they wouldn't guarantee that it would all transfer. I ended up doing myself for free and everything transferred !!

Pros: - Had the best price at Best Buy at the time of purchase. - Both SIM and eSIM - Good size RAM and Internal memory - Relatively newer bluetooth and WiFi - Relatively good screen view and brightness Cons - Supposed to come with android 15 according to sales person, but it came with android 14 (so probably will have only one upgrade to android 15).

Cheap!
Tsuki Posted
It's an ok phone. The only issues are you have to wait a week or two to get an OEM update so it can be modded. I dislike the additional software on the device so it makes it a little sluggish. Overall a headphone jack shouldve been added and it would make a fine mid range device.
