We’re sorry to hear the ringtone volume isn’t loud enough for your needs. To help improve this, please check Settings > Sound & vibration and ensure the ringtone volume is set to maximum. You can also try selecting a different ringtone, as some tones are naturally quieter than others. In addition, make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off and check whether any Bluetooth devices are connected, as audio may be routed elsewhere.
