Best Buy Made It Easy — Loving My Moto G 5G 2024

I’ve bought 3 phones from Best Buy in the last 3 months, and this latest one — the Motorola moto g 5G 2024 (128GB, Unlocked) — has been a really good buy. First, shoutout to Best Buy: the whole process was easy again. It’s simple to compare phones, pricing is fair, and checkout/pickup was smooth. Since I’ve bought multiple phones recently, I can honestly say Best Buy has been the most convenient and reliable option for me. As for the phone, I’m genuinely happy with it. The Moto G 5G 2024 is a great everyday phone for the price. Setup was quick, performance has been smooth, and it handles all the usual stuff (calls, texts, apps, YouTube, browsing, etc.) without any issues. The 128GB storage is a huge plus, and I like that it’s unlocked, so I’m not tied to one carrier. Battery life has also been solid, which is important for me. Overall, it feels like a dependable phone and a great value. If you want a budget-friendly 5G phone and an easy buying experience, I’d definitely recommend this one — and buying it from Best Buy.

I’ve been using the Moto G 5G 2024 for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed by what Motorola has packed into this device at such an affordable price point. Design & Display The design is sleek, with a matte finish that feels premium in the hand, and the 6.5-inch Full HD+ display offers vibrant colors and sharp details. It’s a smooth and immersive experience, whether I’m watching videos, playing games, or scrolling through social media. The 120Hz refresh rate is a nice touch for fluid navigation and responsiveness. Performance Powered by a solid MediaTek Dimensity chipset and 6GB of RAM, the Moto G 5G handles multitasking and day-to-day tasks with ease. Apps open quickly, and even gaming sessions are smooth, thanks to the reliable performance. Plus, the inclusion of 5G support ensures that you can take advantage of faster data speeds when available, making this a future-proof choice for the price. Camera The 50MP main camera is a standout for the price range. Daylight shots are crisp and vibrant, and the macro lens adds versatility to the photo experience. Great value for the money. For a phone under (or near) ~$200, the Moto G 5G 2024 delivers many of the core functions most people need: 5G connectivity, decent storage, a large screen, and long battery life. Its 5000 mAh battery is one of the big strengths — tests found it lasts well beyond a standard workday and often into a second day with moderate use.

I’m not a fan of android devices at all and try my best to stay away from them. This phone has changed my opinion about them completely. The phone is very easy to use, the battery life is 1000 times better than a iPhone. I would recommend this phone to anyone and I never thought I would say that about an android phone.

I’ve been using the Motorola Moto G 5G 2024 for a few weeks now, and it has been an excellent experience overall. The Sage Green color is unique and stylish, and the phone feels well-built and durable. Performance-wise, the 128GB of storage and expandable memory via microSD are perfect for my needs. The 5G connectivity ensures smooth streaming and browsing, even in busy areas. The battery life is outstanding, easily lasting a full day with moderate to heavy use. The camera quality is decent for this price range, delivering sharp and vibrant photos in good lighting conditions. However, low-light performance could use some improvement. The display is bright and crisp, though the refresh rate isn't as high as some premium phones. What I love most is that this phone comes unlocked, giving me flexibility with carriers. Fast, Takes Good Pictures and Videos

Had to replace my old TCL 10L which I liked. Was looking for another TCL when I saw this one. I'm surprised by the performance. It's fast, slim and not too heavy, takes good pictures and videos, got 2 updates within 3 days. When it rings it goes Hello Moto. Definitely worth an upgrade.

ESim Compatible Unlocked Phone

I got this phone after my Samsung Galaxy Phone got water damaged. So I needed a replacement phone asap which could supports an E Sim and was unlocked. But while using it- I can see the phone really being a good primary phone. Camera is decent. Speed can lag if you put too many apps. But it worked well otherwise.

The Moto G 5G (2024) has good camera features and offers a nice Dolby audio experience. The phone comes with 128 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM, which is sufficient for daily use. It has a clean and smooth user interface, and it also supports NFC. Overall, it is a good phone for the price.

So far the phone has met or exeeded my expectations. I bought this as a travel phone for an upcoming trip to europe. E-SIM support was my first consideration. The phone has great battery life, good resolution and is fast enough for my needs. Took a little time to adjust to after having Samsung phones for years, but I'm very happy with the phone.

We bought this phone to be our spare phone when travel abroad. It's lightweight with dual sim so we could put in one physical sim and one esim for the country we want to visit. The quality is nice, functions work great and the price is very affordable. High recommended.

It was a little bigger than I wanted and the local non-national brand cell phone company had a cow trying to get it linked even with a new SIM card, but it’s a sweet cell phone, beautiful graphics and works great.

Design & Feel: The first thing you'll notice is how incredibly lightweight it is. It’s very comfortable to hold, even for long periods of time. Display: The screen is stunning. I really like this cellular device. It is lightweight and functional. The RAM is pretty fast and reliable. I have not had any instances of the phone freezing or any glitches. The sound is great.
