Great phone that replaced my iPhone XR. No lag, available customizations, and love the external screen. It does feel delicate and I am more cautious of breaking the screens since there is one on the inside and outside, but I dropped it once with a case on and it was fine. Best video feature is camcorder mode, very cool. Long battery life too. Cons: - No motion photos option available for this phone - Built in AI tools that I don't use. The main AI tool is the photo auto enhancing when you take a picture in photo mode, looks tacky to me so I use pro mode (which requires more presets before taking the photo which can be annoying). - Extra zoom can be a little blurry. - Control Center icons has no labels

Awesome phone with a very good camera . I took a picture at Cedar Point of the train coming down the first Hill of Steel vengeance it not only stopped all the motion but when I zoomed in on it I could see the people's faces that were riding in the cars. Easy to use. Tons of great features.

Battery easily gets hot.

I like the style, the comfort of using it. But the problem is it gets hot after 3 minutes of continues using. I’m thinking of returning it but after buying in two weeks at Bestbuy its not returnable anymore. I regret buying it. That’s why i did 3 stars rating

I LOVE THIS FLIP PHONE! You get the best of both worlds. A big screen and a small phone in your pocket. No more worrying about cracking screen or slipping out of your pocket. I'll never go back to a brick phone again!

Great phone, got it as a gift for my mom and she loves it. One downside, it said online that it would come with a free phone case but I never got it.

Crappy battery life

Love the design but the battery life is one of the worst ive encountered. Charged to a 100 before sleep 10pm. 60% batt the next morning without using. Requires multiple charging a day even if the only app working is email. And background apps are kept off

The screen is bright and sharp, and the phone feels fast and smooth when using apps. The camera quality has also been really good so far. The phone performs outstandingly and was fairly simple to set up and personalize. I really like the folding action for compactness and still allows use of many features on the closed screen. It is very slim when folded and the rounded sides are smooth in the hand. The colors and design of the phone and the apps are pleasant to my eyes. The quality appears top rate and we will see how well it stand up to daily use since it is really new. I am pleased with this purchase so far and trust the product.

Unexpected Features from a Little Foldable

1. Lightweight design Im being impressed with how light it feels — and that really matters in a foldable. A lot of foldables feel chunky or heavy, but Motorola has done a good job keeping the razr+ feeling sleek and comfortable in hand. It makes everyday use easier and pocket life nicer. 2. AI features are genuinely useful Motorola’s AI tools (voice assistants, on-device shortcuts, predictive text, and camera AI) aren’t just gimmicks — they can actually reduce taps and swipes. You’re right that it feels like you “don’t need your fingers” sometimes — voice commands, gestures, and smart suggestions are all part of that experience. 3. Stunning looks and convenient size The flip form factor still turns heads. When closed it’s super compact, and when open it’s a full-size smartphone. A lot of users love that balance of style + utility, and you seem to feel that too.

Great display inside and out, fast processing and seamless function. One drawback is game play, works amazing with simple games, but a little laggy when playing something like Avakin life and like games. Totally understandable, that particular game does require a lot to run it. Just something to keep in mind when considering the phone.

Best Value in a Flip Foldable Phone!

This is the second Motorola Razr Phone that I have bought. I have also set them up for friends. The process is very smooth. The unique form factor makes the phone very comfortable to carry in your pocket and use. Motorola has been a leader in the flip-foldables for years, all the way back to the original Razr, which I owned back in the day (and still have)... Unlike similar flip phones, the Razr has always been a great value, often dropping in price within six months to a year. This 2025 model for instance is currently $549.99, and even lower at some retailers. It's a great buy! NOTE: While pretty rugged, no flip-foldable phone is as durable as a regular slab phone. I am really careful with my tech, and in daily use, opening and closing the device, keep it clean with a microfiber cloth, etc. Be gentle with the inner display. Also, do NOT remove the factory installed screen protector on the inner display, you could damage it.

Phone is great! Sleek design, strong build since I've dropped it a few times accidentally and still haven't had any problems. Extra features I'm still learning after so many months and the satisfaction of being able to close your phone to hang up is a nostalgic feeling I didn't know I need it in my life.
