I bought it unlocked & states it's compatible with my carrier but after 2 weeks of not being able to use only with WiFi but not able to make it receive or make calls I have to return it to get one that works

We understand how frustrating it is when a phone appears compatible but is only usable on Wi-Fi and cannot make or receive calls. We’re sorry you had to return the device. Even when a phone is unlocked and listed as compatible, proper service still depends on carrier activation and SIM provisioning, and in some cases, additional network configuration may be required by the carrier.
