I bought it unlocked & states it's compatible with my carrier but after 2 weeks of not being able to use only with WiFi but not able to make it receive or make calls I have to return it to get one that works

Hi ChrisL, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about the experience you had and that the device did not work as expected with your carrier. We understand how frustrating it is when a phone appears compatible but is only usable on Wi-Fi and cannot make or receive calls. We’re sorry you had to return the device. Even when a phone is unlocked and listed as compatible, proper service still depends on carrier activation and SIM provisioning, and in some cases, additional network configuration may be required by the carrier.
