Q: How do I get the dual screen and view both cameras at one time
A: Unfortunately, the parent unit does not have an option to view both cameras on one screen. You can select the camera that you wish to view or set it in Patrol mode which automatically changes from one screen to another in 15 seconds.
Q: Can you use this without WiFi ?
A: No, this product requires Wi-Fi.
Q: Can you leave the camera on 24/7? Is it battery operated only?
A: You can leave it on 24/7 it come with a charging cord. However after a few months we had issues getting it to charge.
Q: Is there night vision? Can I use with my iphone? Is there temperature alarm?
A: Yes to night vision. There is an app for your iPhone to connect with camera but I never used it. No temperature alarm but does show the temperature.
Q: Can you add additional cameras?
A: Yes you can.
Q: How long is the range when using the parent device without WiFi?
A: had no problems my range was about 50 ft
