It sucks for the price.

I got one for my 27" inch monitor. Weights 10lbs. This arm is suppose to be able to handle up to 19lbs. Took way too long to set up. The worse part was adjusting the angle of the monitor. I had to use a level to keep adjusting it cause after each attempt about few hours later, it would start tilting to the side. I tried to tighten the screws more, yet it would still slip. Pain to set up and pain to adjust. The arm itself is okay. The part itself where the arm connected to the monitor felt cheap as it was plastic and I didn't trust it at all.

Love these holders. Have two. Very adjustable and durable. I have two set up side by side and they create amazing space and easy of moving monitors around for the best viewing.

It's pricey but work good for my 34 inches LG monitor. I wish I have a desk with more depth as this takes some inches even if you push the monitor far away
