The stand seems sturdy and well made, but unfortunately, it did not work with my LG Ultra Gear monitor. The back of my monitor has a recessed VESA mounting area, and the mounting plate did not fit properly into the recessed area. I was disappointed because I really wanted this stand to work, but I had to return it. I would recommend checking the back of your monitor carefully for a recessed VESA mount before purchasing this stand.
