Q: CAN THIS PRODUCT BE INSTALLED ON 12 INCH STUDS?

A: Yes, the MI-309 mount can definitely be installed on 12-inch studs. The wall plate is 17 inches wide and specifically designed to accommodate various stud spacings, including 11.8 inches (standard 12-inch spacing) and 15.7 inches. As long as you use a stud finder to center the mount on your 12-inch studs, you will have a secure installation.

Q: Does this model come in a unit that can be installed on wood studs with 24 inch spacing or are extensions available to fit 24 inch spacing?? Also is there any ability to slide horizontally to allow tv to be centered?
