I felt like it was a bit of a gamble, buying a product like this that had 0 reviews, but I'm glad I took the gamble. I bought this for our daughter's 2016 Sienna, and I installed it myself at a fraction of the cost I had been quoted by several shops. The installation took me about 2.5 hours, and the process was a smooth as could be. When I had the dash apart, all the wires made it look a little intimidating, but a few cuts and splices, tape, and zip ties later, the dash went back together and looks like nothing ever happened. If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of clarity in the instructions, but it was easy enough to figure out. I found a YouTube installation of a similar product, which showed the step I was missing (there are two screws under the steering wheel that hold the plastic cover over the steering column). All-in-all, I would buy this product again. The functionality is perfect. It's well worth the money if you're going to DIY the installation.
