The thermal pot keep the coffee hot, much better than my Cuisiant which didn’t last very long. It’s easy to use the filter does make a difference we already have filtered water but the taste is very smooth. The only thing is that when you are pouring it it’s very slow but other than that it was a great buy!!

Quick, efficient brewing, with the carafe keeping the coffee hot for at least a couple hours! Easy to fill the water and filter/coffee compartment. I have to admit that it took me awhile to figure out how to open the carafe top... it slides to the side before being able to be removed (easy once understood).

You can preset it to perk later, it’s easy to clean, it has an insulated pot so it keeps the coffee hot even when you don’t have the pot on. SAFETY!! This one I purchased recently, is the 3rd one I have owned. I use them so much, I wear them out. However- I always keep the pots. So if I have a big function or get together at my house, I can fill all three pots and they will stay hot for awhile. Kind of like those AIR POTS back in the day did. They are great.!!!

This coffee machine is great. Coffee stays hot in the thermal carafe. There is an option to "brew later" so you can set it up the night before to have the coffee ready when you wake up. Better than a coffee shop.

Not a glass decanter that breaks, thermal! Fast brewing! Shows how long since it is brewed. Easy to clean.

On Feb. 23 the coffee maker died. 3 months old. Not happy as return period ended Jan. 14.

We were pumped when we got this home and unboxed it. But then we found a badge with Chinese writing that Google translate said "unfinished". We thought it was a fluke and continued. Ran a pot of water and vinegar through, no problem. Ran water through to clean the vinegar, no problem. Tried brewing coffee and it leaked everywhere. We thought maybe we put the filter in wrong and cleaned up and tried again. Same result. It went back to the store the next day.

Could be a great coffeemaker but the carafe started leaking were the plastic meets the stainless steel. So disappointed.

Carafe is not sealed well on the inside. When I pour a cup it lets coffee deep in between the plastic and stainless. Then leaks out around the outside of the carafe. Going to contact mfr.
