Average coffee maker. Not bad not great. I don’t see the difference of a 30$ system to this 200$ system. We use it every morning but I relied on reviews when I bought it and they were inflated in my opinion. I’d pass if I were you and find a better one.

I purchased this coffee maker 6 months ago to replace my old Mr. Coffe machine. My old coffe maker was just a standard drip machine with a 12 cup pot. It makes a good cup of coffee (but not noticeably different from my old simple Mr. Coffee pot that cost significantly less at around $30). Because the coffee was good I decided to keep it but for the lack of noticeable difference from my old inexpensive pot, if all you are looking for is a basic cup of coffee I would not go with this one. The bigger issue is after 6 months of use (making a single 16 oz cup of coffee a day), the coffee machine broke. It still brews coffee but the plunger where the coffee dispenses from is broke and no longer dispenses coffee, so the coffee just sits in the filter basket. I am extremely disappointed in quality of this machine. With average usage at best, for the price, it is crazy that it has broken after 6 months. I would not recommend this coffee pot to anyone. Save your money!

For a combo tea and coffee pot maker. It does a decent job.
