I enjoy the speed of this laptop's processor. The screen is crisp and the colors are vibrant. I use this product for audiobook creation, and it has not given me any issues with glitching or lagging. I am careful to save the majority of my work on an external memory bank to ensure my laptop keeps up to speed. I feel the keys are a bit too sensitive, however, which causes some issues when typing at my normal pace (80+ AKWPM). I think if I have some time, I'll look around and see if maybe it is a setting issue related to the website I am on, as I am not noticing the key issue as severely here. I notice my typing problems on more popular AI sites or when I am trying to take typing tests for work. I guess the typing can be more based on the stability of the website's coding. I love the AI components and how the desktop image changes daily. I have friends in a similar line of work who love that their MSI gaming computers have lasted for over 10 years. I like how easy it seems to be to add upgrades to this particular brand, although I'll have to look more into that for this specific laptop. I considered trading it in just for the keyboard sensitivity and to have the latest technology for work. The trade-in value in excellent condition is only $450. Because of the price and that I like it overall, I think I would rather stick with it. I think this computer still offers fairly new software and an outstanding performance, considering I've had it for a little less than a year. My previous laptop crashed when I tried to save and send my prior audio work to clients. I bought this laptop for creating audiobooks, creating animations, editing photos, the built-in AI & Microsoft capabilities, and it has added Anti-Virus components. Overall, I think this laptop is a bit pricey, but it seems worth it for what it offers. I might compare it to more expensive laptops known amongst creators as being the best in the business. I love all of the ports on this laptop, although I also added a port hub. I would suggest adding a mouse and another 10-key pad if you do similar work. I love the light-up keys and the 10-key availability that is built in. I wish it were RGB style and offered more gaming uses, but that also has more to do with Microsoft than MSI. The outer coating on this laptop attracts oil easily. It can be somewhat difficult to remove, but I can remove the oil or fingerprints with a microfiber cloth and a little rubbing alcohol, although I would not suggest doing this on the screen itself. MSI has impressed me overall with this product. I would buy another laptop from them again.
