I recently visited Best Buy in lavista rd, Georgia, to purchase an MSI laptop, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, helping me navigate through the various models and specifications to find the perfect fit for my needs. I ultimately chose the MSI katana a15 Stealth, and it has been an amazing investment. The laptop boasts a sleek and professional design, perfect for both gaming and work. It features a powerful amd ryzen 9 processor, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card, making it a beast for gaming and heavy-duty tasks. The 15.6-inch Full HD display is vibrant and crisp, and the 244Hz refresh rate ensures smooth and fluid visuals. i really enjoy editing in adobe. The purchasing process at Best Buy was seamless. The staff answered all my questions and even provided some useful tips for maintaining the laptop. They also offered a great warranty plan, which gave me peace of mind. Overall, my experience at Best Buy was excellent, and I'm extremely satisfied with my new MSI katana A15 . Needed a new laptop and was looking all over the place. I then came across this laptop. And not only that I was able to get a really good financing deal and allowed me to get the laptop with zero issues. As for performance, I've yet to run into a game that makes this laptop struggle to run high settings at 60FPS with the exception of star citizen. Any other game will give you an easy 60FPS. Attached are photos of Helldivers 2 at ultra/high settings running at a consistent 60FPS with 1 or 2 frame variation. The speed of loading up basically everything is lightning speed and I'm rarely if ever waiting more than a couple seconds at most. Even for very intensive games like Star Citizen of which runs at a consistent 40-50 FPS depending on the area at medium settings. Transfer speeds have completed multi-GB files in seconds. 100GB downloads are done in 30 minutes at most with my home Gb internet. I've yet to run into thermal throttling as of yet. It does help that I have a laptop cooling pad I use, but of the times I haven't, throttling has yet to occur. That may happen as more dust and particulates accrue in and around the cooling system. But there's been no issues so far. The keyboard itself feels really nice to use and has a lot of really nice quality of life additions including the hot key "FN+F4" to disable the trackpad. A standalone AI button to I believe Microsoft's AI by default but can be changed to Chat GPT if it's relevant to you. My only complaint about this laptop are the home, end, page up, and page down buttons. They're located on num 1, 7, 3, and 9 respectively. For me personally it's a little inconvenient but that's such a minor problem it isn't that big of a deal.

Works great I just wish it had a bit more memory. But it runs hard games really well I downloaded beam.ng drive with a whole bunch of mods and that rtx 4070 runs it like butter overall it’s a great computer and I really enjoy it and don’t have any complaints

It's fabulous, excellent quality, good price, better than other brands, agile and although I've heard that it's noisy, that was a fear, the truth is that I think that many people are exaggerated in their reviews.While I respect the fact that there are people who might find fault and criticize even maybe just to get attention and seem demanding, I consider that I am not forgiving because I frequently find misleading reviews and then it happens to me that I end up returning the item, which although it saddens me I do because at bestbuy It is possible to do it without problem, but the truth is that although I tend to be demanding, this laptop is quite quiet and works perfectly, what I did update was the RAM to 64 GB which allows me Running local AI, gaming, designing, and anything else you want, the battery is good considering it's a gaming laptop, I had an Alienware, The battery didn't last more than two hours and I think it was noisier. In short, I think it has been an excellent investment at the lowest price, and I am happy to have bought it.

Overall good, fan is a bit loud . Like the look of this laptop. Yet to use for gaming. Wish I knew MSI had a huge security breach last year. Not sure how secure auto updates are. I’ve googled about the boot system having some security issues as well as security keys being stolen and ransomed. That being said I’m hoping to find updated info , hopefully msi has minimized the security risk.

Love this laptop its very fast plays anygame out there that i play never lags or freeses up and love how you are able to upgrade the hardware if you want more ram and more ssd space definitely recommend this laptop

Great laptop very fast great display my son loves it. Bought on Black Friday so was a good deal.

So far it is a sensational product I recommend it to everyone especially if they need to do tasks with a lot of processing, that product is ideal for those who need to handle 3D programs and rendering themes

I am not a gamer, I wanted a computer that would last a long time and keep up with the times. This laptop is amazing. For everything you get in this package for the price you cannot beat it. There are laptops that are twice the price and don't compare to this. I give this laptop a 10/10.

Great labtop overall fans a little loud but besides that everything works great

If you compare its components with other brands for the same price you will see that this is better, however in my case it seems to me that its speaker audio is a little bit of poor quality and I guess it is one of those things that you sacrifice to compensate for other components.

Got this as a replacement for an Old laptop. Works well mid/high settings graphics when plugged in for gaming. Planning on getting a ram stick upgrade soon.

Great rig to get my daughter into gaming. Solid specs and extremely quiet. Highly recommend if looking for a gaming laptop.

One of the best laptops I’ve ever owned. Definitely worth getting. Display is great, battery life is dependent on what you’re using the laptop for, but if you have the charger on it doesn’t matter much. Very fast laptop.

The laptop is a big upgrade from my previous msi laptop -although it's still good and I'm using it frequently- the fan is so much quieter, it has way more speed and power with the combination of amd and Nvidia, and the 1TB ssd is incredibly fast and spacious. You may have to tweak around the settings a bit when using the pc, since it now includes ai, but It's very worth the buy.

Small form factor that packs a lot of punch. Fans run loud during intensive gaming, but a generic cooling pad will help keep your temps down. Display is vivid and looks amazing. My only gripe is the laptop shell is plastic, so it does feel a little cheap, but quality of the plastic makes up for some what. For the price its a no brainer, rather than spending the 2k on a super top of the line, for a regualr work, student, and or casual gamer this is a good laptop for the next few years.

Runs super smooth, great graphics and load time. Fast boot up and shut down. Handles games with mods easily. Easy to use interface, and has a lot of storage. Supports bluetooth controllers such as xbox controllers.

This thing is a beast, an absolute gaming monster. It gets hot, as expected but if you keep the GPU on max performance and the CPU on balanced with MSI Center it will stay cool and quiet. This laptop handles anything I throw at it. Spiderman, The Last of Us, FF7 Remake, Silent Hill. All run great and ive heard Silent Hill is unplayable on its vanilla version. My screen had a stuck magenta pixel so I returned for an exchange at Best Buy and im waiting for my new one. Assuming all goes well I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone just trying to play some good games that arent available on my Xbox.
