After upgrading from my Asus Z690-A Prime, I decided to try the MSI Z890-A WiFi for its modern features and compatibility with Intel's latest processors. As someone accustomed to Asus boards, I was initially hesitant, but MSI has won me over with its exceptional build quality and intuitive BIOS interface. Navigating the menus is straightforward and efficient, making overclocking and system tweaks a seamless experience. The integrated WiFi 7 support is a welcome addition. I transferred my existing DDR5 RAM modules directly, and they booted without issues. Pairing it with the new Intel Core 7 265k was straightforward; after a quick BIOS update, enabling the Intel 200S series optimizations delivered a noticeable performance boost. Overall, the MSI Z890-A WiFi has exceeded my expectations for a high-end board, offering ample connectivity, and future-proofing for next-gen components. It's a solid choice for enthusiasts seeking reliability and ease.

Upgraded my old PC recently and put in this motherboard with an Ultra 7 processor. WOW, this Pro Z890 has everything! Fast speeds, 4 M2 slots, more than enough PCI-E slots, USB ports forever and more. Installation was a breeze (I am not a novice) and setup was simple. The BIOS can be setup for extreme performance and this thing flys! Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to the newest generation of intel processors!

This Wonky board is just sad. BIOS has been flashed and cleared in multiple ways, it's weak factory KTS CMOS battery was replaced with a new Panasonic. Every time the machine is restarted all saved CMOS settings were reset and cleared then it dumps me right into the BIOS without booting the machine. EVERY TIME. This nightmare board was replaced with an ROG Strix. Problem solved.

I was surprised by MSI that I can get such a good board at this price point. he solid power delivery system supports stable performance, while its decent thermal management keeps temperatures in check during extended use. I can get a real Wifi 7 with antenna and i can adjust lots of things through MSI center software. The board itself is easy to install too. I have been using it for work and gaming and it works smooth & fast so far. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a price effective Z890 board.

Integrated IO shield is always a winner. Amazing cooling on VRMs allows you to get all the power needed to complete tasks at blazing speed without fear of excessive heat. All the spacious ports allow you to connect your whole setup effortlessly and seamlessly.

The motherboard was everything this salesman said it was. However, the salesman at Microcrntrr sold me a “refurbished “ unit thst when compared to a new one, was just shamful. That’s the rumor about them here in Duluth Ga.

Love this New Msi Pro series design. instead of the all black , this time it comes with the silver heatsink Looks very nice with the white chassis. I am waiting for the Ultra 9 to be available.. then can kit them together but by looking at the ID and spec.I know it's going to be beautiful!

Solid Motherboard with many more features than others at this price range, even an LED error code readout on board. Def recommend this board unless you want to spend more.

Works good with a Intel Core Ultra 7 265K CPU. But its BIOS interface is horrid like most MSI products.
