I have had some unusual issues with this product. It did not download the updates correctly and some other random issues. I called geek squad and it seems to work okay now, but I felt like there was some unneeded delays. However, The product overall has a nice appearance. With a few exceptions (which could also be the new microsoft since I am not used to it) it seems to work just fine. Hard to find a protective cover to protect it's exterior, but that could be because it is more of a specialty computer.

Have had this computer for 3 years and it’s ran amazing for every game I’ve played! Really recommend this product if you’re starting out with a PC!

I would recommend this laptop to a doctor for how reliable and light it is. It has yet to crash on me and had never taken a while to boot up.

This laptop is a gaming workhorse, it will run whatever game you throw at it beautifully. The graphics look amazing and performance is flawless. Only con i can say is the battery dies fast when gaming and it does get a little warm but that can be solved with an external cooling source. Overall i would recommend this laptop to anyone who seriously games.

I really like this computer because it’s much faster than my old one. I bought it because my old computer was very badly underpowered for what I do (gaming and streaming) so I decided to get this one with the better graphics card and computing power. So far, excellent

Runs every game I have in my library with ease. With that being said, it gets hot and the battery drains quickly (it's a higher performance laptop, I get it). I recommend buying a laptop cooler along with it.

Arrived very quickly after ordering. It is very fast and has a great display. I did have some problems using laplink to move items from old computer to this one. After succeeding am very happy. I do wish this has more ports, especially an ether-net port.

There's not much to say other than it meets all my expectations, hands-on tools to help video edit, and add thumbnails. I haven't started messing with that too much, but for 999.99 dollars, it is worth every cent. Runs the games i want at max just probably invest in a cooling attachment since it does get hot pretty quick especially while runni g a game on max settings

This laptop is amazing! It runs smoothly & runs my game fast. I have a prebuilt pc & this is better than that. Also for my sim players this is a monster for that.

This was a purchase for our teenage grandson gamer and he loves it! Says it is faster and has great graphics.

After having my old gaming pc take 20 minutes to get going, I decided it was time, super fast and doesnt hest up as I was afraid off!!

A very good laptop with very good qualities of graphics and good amount of storage. However I only found myself charging the laptop constantly. Regardless, it’s able to run some of my favorite games that are quite demanding.

It runs well, I have yet to try a game that I can’t run, however it runs fairly hot. That being said, that’s without a fan or anything underneath it for better airflow. The built in fan is quiet enough.

Great so far. Easily runs BG3 and MC with shaders/ray tracing. Graphics look really nice and RAM and processors handle everything needed for casual gaming. Not a fan of bing/edge but it comes with bing's copilot AI right in the task bar, which I had coincidentally started using recently for quick DnD visuals. Runs great for the price and is all that is needed to run most games casually.

I haven’t had a laptop like this ever! Extremely amazing, especially for the price, by far tops the top 5. Used to use computers daily but this thing just engulfs me in joy!

My son loves his computer. The keyboard lights up around the keys red. Large screen. Good graphics. I can't wait to see more with the computer. I highly recommend buying this for the kids.

Great Laptop! Got it to use my 3d printing software and 3d sculpting software. Runs both programs quickly.
