Decent laptop, but packaging?

Lap top received as described. No issues, just customer service and description couldn’t answer if the RAM could be upgraded(it is). Also, the inner box was damaged, and the laptop was slightly dented. Even though this was obviously caused at the warehouse, no support from customer service unless we send the laptop in and loose it for 3 weeks or more. Not worth the loss.
