Q: Does this come with the Jumper cables or are the Jumper cables sold seperately?
A: It comes with jumper cables and also it is capable of jumping your vehicle twice on a full battery, I literally had to you use it twice with in an hour on my work vehicle.
A: It should, it says capable of 400amp surge. There's no direct way to convert maH to CCA but should deliver enough juice to start most gas motors. A twin battery diesel would be a different story.
