I am an auto/diesel technician and I’m constantly working, I use my phone and my small laptop for many things, music, schematics, you name it I use it. For a long time I’ve been trying to find a reliable charging port or portable charger, something that’s not only quick, but can last a pretty good amount of time. I bought this at random chance just trying it out to see if it’ll do any better than my old one. It blew it out of the water and for the price it’s at it’s not at all bad. Generally one of my favorite products I’ve bought so far and now this is my second one that I’m now buying. Buying one for my fiancé so that she can have something while she goes back-and-forth from college.

This charging battery is a great charging system. Charges fast and the retractable cords are pretty solid. Plugs into the wall to recharge, and stays there until I need it. Warning: It is a large object and does not fit into a pocket very well. Better for a backpack or large purse.

Impressed with product. Slightly bulky and does not wireless charge, but great investment.

Heavy device but a fast charger. Great to have when devices batteries are low.

I purchased this for my kids iPads while we are in tne car and on the go at events etc works works perfectly well they love the convenience . Would purchase again .

[Employee of bestbuy] When we first purchased it, we only used at home to test it out and get it fully charged. Before our trip, we charged it again and noticed the LED screen was not functional. We thought it was just a screen issue. Now we have this clunky power bank on our trip that doesnt work at all. It doesnt charge any devices even when plugged into the wall. We were so excited about this and now completely let down.

I truly enjoy this power bank. It's very convenient for my use case. I just wish they made it in a 60w or higher model.

So from the day one when I got this thing, it wouldn’t hold a charge past a couple of days and it was never capable of charging anything even with the included USB cables. Found this thing to be absolute garbage. This wasn’t a user error.
