Great charger, if a bit large

This charging battery is a great charging system. Charges fast and the retractable cords are pretty solid. Plugs into the wall to recharge, and stays there until I need it. Warning: It is a large object and does not fit into a pocket very well. Better for a backpack or large purse.

This item is very heavy and it does not charge well during international travel. This charger does not have all the charger ports for all devices.

[Employee of bestbuy] When we first purchased it, we only used at home to test it out and get it fully charged. Before our trip, we charged it again and noticed the LED screen was not functional. We thought it was just a screen issue. Now we have this clunky power bank on our trip that doesnt work at all. It doesnt charge any devices even when plugged into the wall. We were so excited about this and now completely let down.

So from the day one when I got this thing, it wouldn’t hold a charge past a couple of days and it was never capable of charging anything even with the included USB cables. Found this thing to be absolute garbage. This wasn’t a user error.
