I must say the box cover art is really cute, and the back is pretty nice, but they could have done better, and printed something on the inside too. Instead you get another all-white inside box thing. But the most important feature is the game itself, and while MySims and MySims Kingdom have aged well, you can still see there is some wear in the games' mechanics. Originally made for pointing at the screen and guiding your Sim like using a mouse with the Wiimote, now you move your Sim directly to where you want them to perform an action, and while this isn't really that bad, the option to move a cursor around to try and perform the Wiimote's action feels rather slow, clunky, and not very intuitive. HOWEVER, do note that these cozy games are still a lot of fun, they are still a joy to play, and I just love the dialogue the many Sims can come out with that either break a tense moment to bring it back to fun and cozy, or just leaves the player chuckling and enjoying the randomness of the outburst. On MySims, the camera controls are a little bit of a chore to get used to, but I remember it was much worst on the Wii. This time it is much more manageable. The fun music, sound effects and Sim chatter still brings these worlds to life in their own unique way, and will keep you playing with a smile on your face. Mind you, there are some fun post-story events, but while I haven't reached those yet, I am under the impression they don't pull you in as much as the in-story events. The graphics and sounds have been updated, so things look good and sound nice and crisp. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a game made to spend extra time doing something relaxing and joyful. By the way, yes, the game plays perfectly on Switch 2, and loads much faster.

Fun game. It keeps the nostalgia about the original Wii game but with sharper graphics and alot faster. Definitely recommend it for those who loved these types of games back in the 2000's.

[Employee of bestbuy] The game is very faithful to the original from the Wii, graphics look decent and gameplay runs at a constant 60FPS. They make usage of the pointer feature by using the right analog stick or with the touchscreen if you aren't playing it in docked mode. When you insert the game into the console, both games come up as separate applications. Definitely recommend this game if you wanna revisit this series or want to experience this for the first time!

As a 20 years sims franchise player. This game do really had my heart! Still cozy as sims is and on the go instead of having to bring an entire laptop! I loved it, worth the buy!

It's a time waster for sure. The characters are cute and it is similar to the Sims. It is accessible and fun to play
