A: I guess someone doesn't know how to read the manual. The surround speakers plugs go from the AC port to the outlet. Hence them being wireless. Instead of stating false information, get your product right. The older Shockwafe system do that.
Q: i have an onkyo stereo receiver, would this integrate with this?
A: This is a fully functional surround sound system that is designed to connect to your TV and devices. There is no need to connect a third party AVR unit to the speakers as the processing and connections are built into the system itself. There may be limited connectivity with an Onkyo receiver, for example if connecting analog devices (like a record player) out into the Aux input of the Shockwafe.
Q: are the surrounb speakers wireless or wired?
A: No RCA cables, they are wireless from soundbar to surround speaker. The speakers are powered by AC power cables.
Q: will it play amazon music from my phone or laptop
A: Yes with Bluetooth or with HDMI output from Laptop.

No need for an AVR and expensive speakers
Replaced 5.2 Yamaha receiver and B&W speakers with the Nakamichi Shockwafe 11.2.6 soundbar because adding additional speakers and the associated wires that are required to upgrade to Dolby Atmos was not possible with my open layout family room. I’m very pleased with the ease of installation, sound quality, and how it fills the room with sound. This unit does a great job of accurately positioning sound throughout the sound field making movies far more immersive than with my previous set up. The dual subwoofers provide thunderous bass yet don’t overwhelm the mid and highs. The volume can be raised to literally painful levels without distortion. Movies are this unit’s forte, music is not quite as warm or full as with my previous setup. I am extremely impressed and pleased with the Nakamichi and would highly recommend it especially if you’re focus is on an immersive movie experience.
