I love the color of the laptop, black with rose gold accent! It's very light weight, very sleek, very demure! I usually use chrome browser but decided not to download it and use the default Microsoft Edge browser to get the most out of it. The MSI Center Pro is a great feature, and the laptop is the perfect size for the touchscreen and 2-in-1 feature to flip and use like a tablet, my favorite part when in class. The backlight keyboard was something I looked for, great to keep studying in bed. I wish there were more choices for accessories like covers or cases for protecting the body. 4 stars because it does get very hot at the bottom of the laptop and the touchpad get a little glitchy when following my finger motion.

I love this machine. It is the perfect balance of design and weight. The screen is beautiful and the machine seems to have all the power you could need. When I use an external screen it handles it just fine and I have not had a single issue with it. Battery holds well and I use the highest setting for screen brightness because I like it that way. I can't imagine how long the battery would last with some conservation. I have never even heard of MSI, but I absolutely love this machine. Not that it matters, it is a great looking machine as well. The Accents make it look awesome!! I am over the moon with my new MSI laptop, and it's easy to see why! This machine is an absolute powerhouse, seamlessly blending top-tier performance with sleek aesthetics. From the first power-on, the speed and responsiveness are immediately apparent, effortlessly handling multitasking, heavy software, and gaming without breaking a sweat. It is an excellent value for money equipment.its weak point is the battery. It will not last more than4 hours in low demand.of course you can use it connected and there will be not problem. I like it

This is very much an upgrade from the netbook I was previously using. I am not a computer technician or anything so I'm not going to compare stats but, for the layman, it runs well. It's quick to load pages, changes screens, and it doesn't freeze up like I'm used to. I was mildly concerned about how quick it heats up while the keyboard is folded back but, it hasn't overheated. The battery is decent (of course the indicator on screen doesn't exactly line up with how much battery power is left), I did have it die on me because the icon read that I had about another 45 minutes until I needed to charge. I know now to just plug it in when it's suggested. The touch screen is decent, I haven't done much with it yet but I do like the MSI pen. The resolution looks really great so, I'm excited to try some games on it. I believe the sims is going to be fantastic, I still have to see. I appreciate the little extras like the keyboard illuminating and the MSI pen being magnet. No complaints yet.

Bought this as a gift for a good old Christian buddy who has helped me out in very difficult times. He really likes his new laptop, and for $500.00 off this laptop was a steal. He had an older MSI laptop that looked like a huge desktop. It was top of the line when he bought it, but it doesn’t have a touch screen, a 120 hertz refresh rate, Wi-Fi 6E, a stylus pen, Windows 11, Thunder Bolt 4 ports, an HDMI port, an HD screen 1920 x 1200, it’s not a 2-1 laptop, and his old MSI laptop is very heavy to say the least. I have 4 computers, 3 laptops and 1 desktop. 3 Macs and 1 PC. Only one of my Macs is vintage from 2017, yes an Intel Mac. This was a great birthday gift for my friend, and we have the same birthday. It is better to give than it is to receive. Yes, I would recommend this laptop big time as a gift or for yourself. This PC is much better than my PC that I recently bought just two months ago. I have seen this PC running out of the box and it is awesome. Get this one!

This computer is exactly as advertised. Fast enough for normal use and also does well with some 3D modeling software and 3D print slicers. So far I have no issues. I really like the weight and the touch screen. I have not set up the pen yet. I do wish there was a place for the pen to be attached to the laptop instead of being totally separate.

I have been searching for a smaller laptop as I am occasionally travelling for work. I have Alienware 17" as my current laptop which is very heavy and not travel friendly. After weeks of watching review videos and comparing laptops, this one is the winner. I am very happy and satisfied. Very fast and lightweight. Now I am thinking of getting my husband another one as he got a bit jealous when he saw mine haha Battery life is okay. It's about 3 to 4 hours with constant use. Speed is very good. Display is very nice. My coworkers are jealous too as they saw the black and rose gold combination. Very sleek and professional looking.

As a software developer, I was looking for a higher-powered laptop capable of managing cpu and memory intensive workloads, without much need for GPU performance. As importantly, I wanted something highly compact that could travel well. This fit the bill for those needs at a good price.

Exactly what I was looking for. Not many complaints, but the hinge is looser than I'd like and has a tendency to tip the screen back when I move. I also found the power brick to be poorer quality than others I've had and it crapped out after a couple of months. I had backups, so it wasn't a huge deal, but I know that's not the case for everyone.

This product is horrible. Although is is convenient with the pen and fliptop capability, it is very light and portable, but it has a major flaws. I could not put it on my lap while I used it even to search the Internet because it would burn my skin. The battery died within two hours or less. The fan was always running and it was loud. It’s the most expensive and the worst laptop I’ve ever owned. Many people warned about flimsy hinges and I was very careful with the laptop, but the hinge broke within seven months. Although it was still under warranty, MSI wanted me to pay to return it so they could fix it all in all, I ended up buying a new computer. I would never buy an MSI computer again.

I would give it a 5 star. But it gets so hot to the touch even after turning it on. By the time it is to the screen for your password you cant pick it up or it would burn your hand. So i recommend getting a fan made to set it on.

Excessive fan noise and hot spot from the heat on the back panel even under mild to moderate usage. Soft keystroke with less feedback on the keypad. The most annoying thing was the flicking screen which turned black every 10 to 15 minutes. Had to return it for the refund. Very disappointed for the quality of this product.

Great compact laptop. 120hz is a great, battery not so much.

Its a smooth, nice laptop. Only issue i had was needing to return it because the pen came with a shot battery that would not charge, and the fingerprint scanner stopped working after 3 days. Hoping the replacement will be better.

This has been a great laptop for my needs. Fast, reliable, light weight.

Great laptop for any office work, I have used to mainly for fusion 360 and other CAD softwares and runs really well with the specs it has. Only complaint is that it runs hot once in a program too long but is great .

Sleek and fast. Love the color and how compact it is. It charges fast and doesnt give me any problems so far. Hoping itll last some years. Go get you one!
