Purchased 06-09-2019 and nothing but problems: Drops WiFi connection daily & touchscreen cracks easily! Touchscreen not responsive and difficult to reach support. Warranty for 3 years but does not cover cracked screen. Poor quality made in the Philippines.

I bought this printer for my home office and I’m very pleased with the purchase. I’ve always had luck with Canon printers being very easy to set up and working very well with the wireless printing functionality. I can’t say the same about other top printer brands. I love the dual side scanning in a single pass. It makes scanning large collections of documents fast and easy. The only thing I haven’t been able to figure out is how to get the scan to email feature working. I’m sure a more technically inclined person could, but it’s definitely not easy for someone without networking experience. Overall, a great buy...especially if you can get it on sale!

Needed a wireless printer to connect to my PC and also to my Mac computer. Easy to use, makes great copies and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I can also print from my iphone. Best printer I've ever had!

I got the Canon MF424DW on a Best Buy Daily Deal, and I couldn't be more pleased, both with the quality of the machine and the value of the deal. I'm moving my Brother MFC8890DW to my warehouse and keeping this new Canon for my home office. The Brother is a decent machine, but this Canon printer is smaller, much faster, and better looking, too. The scanner quickly retrieves both sides of a two-sided document in a single pass. I'm using it wirelessly, and with WPS, setup was a breeze. There are quite a few advanced options which would take time to learn, but for basic scanning, printing, and faxing, you'll be up and running in no time. I have just one minor complaint. My phone line is connected to the printer for faxing, and any inbound or outbound phone use causes the machine to wake from sleep mode, which creates noise as it warms up. As best I can tell, there's no way to prevent that. If the machine proves to be durable and reliable, the MF424DW will be my top pick when another device is needed for either home or office.

We needed to get a new printer that was laser and not inkjet with faster output for our busy shipping department. This printer has been perfect so far. It's also nice that it has built in ethernet for hooking into our network. Wireless is convenient, but we have much better results when it's directly plugged in to the network.

For my business I have experience with HP Brother and Xerox. I must say I am most impressed with Canon. It comes with a CD which detects IP address making installation so easy. It prints fast and control panel is easy to understand. After I bought the B/W for my home I got the color one for my office.

Machine works very well. Wireless printing was easy to set up and works well. My one complaint is that the feeder is not great. The feeder jams pretty often and sometimes damages the pages. Other than that, I am happy with this product.

Very easy to set up on WiFi and connect all my devices. Had to download the HP printer app to install the Android Service. Wasn't much for printed instructions. Had to install from CD on PC to setup and configure. The instructions were then available in electronic format. The printer performance is very fast for a home printer and the print quality come out better that the original when making copies. And the price was excellent for this class of printer.

Very easy to set up online--do not use a USB cable. I'm still using the toner cartridge supplied in the box when I bought the printer. I print effortlessly from iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air . . . EFFORTLESSLY!!!

Love this printer, fast printing, quick start, excellent overall. Had to throw out a HP printer that cost 3 times as much after 14 months and this is superior to that.

Excellent printer for the desk top. I have two and older model and this one. The older model works perfectly in a different location. They are work horses.
