I purchased this cord so that I could connect my 9500 to the Escort live which is an awesome app. Once more people become users of the app it will only get better Thanks!

For those that have older escort radar detectors this product helps “update” it a little by allowing the app to work with your older detector. Only downside is it is a little pricey.

Does everything it’s supposed to, better quality than the last three smart cords that always failed on the mute button.

Can’t get unit to ‘talk’ to smart cord. Calls to Escort go unaswered.

This cable is definitely worth the price. It helps catch so many alerts and reduce false alerts. I have an x70 and just in the first day of using it I felt it was a justified purchase
