Bad quality

They stopped working after less than a month. Two panels stay dim when it's off and do not react when it is on.

We would be happy to help you with this. For Nanoleaf Blocks, each panel connects through linkers and power distribution across the layout, so we will want to check the connection path to those specific panels. As a quick step, please try reseating the panels by gently removing and reconnecting the linkers around the affected panels, and if possible, move one of the dim panels to a different position in your layout to see if the behavior follows the panel or stays in the same spot.
If the panels still do not respond after that, please submit a support request so we can review this under warranty and assist you further.
