Great skinny light with so many features
ElPollo Posted
I have had previous experience with Nanoleaf Tiles, but i really like this tube light for setting different lighting patterns in my living room. Various lighting settings as well as syncing to music, it has just worked well! I also like options of Thread or Wifi as I use Apple Home over Alexa more and more, and I like the implementation. I am moving as many of my smart home devices to Thread as more stuff is launched as it works way better for me than Alexa or even wifi. I also like how much easier everything is to set up on Thread. And much less data tracking. Overall, the light is perfect for my needs, I may get some Nanoleaf light bulbs to replace a few other brands next.

Super Fickle, poor ecosystem integration
JacobRomelhardt Posted
It is easy to set up, and appears high quality. It does not play well with either google home or Apple home. It even only shows up on the Nanoleaf app after paring about 50% of the time (this is after combing the website and YouTube for help. It has a mirroring function that works pretty well without connecting to anything

The Nanoleaf Floor Lamp is designed to be quick to assemble and premium in build quality, and features like Screen Mirroring can work locally without relying on third party smart home platforms. For app and smart home integration, consistent pairing depends heavily on network conditions, including a stable 2.4 GHz WiFi connection and proper Bluetooth permissions during setup. Intermittent visibility in the Nanoleaf app or limited responsiveness with Google Home or Apple Home is often related to pairing state or network handoff rather than the lamp hardware itself. Re pairing on a stable network and ensuring firmware is fully up to date can improve reliability, and if the issue continues our support team can review your setup in detail and help get things working more consistently at https://support.nanoleaf.me/hc/en-us/requests/new

Looks Amazing

Setup took a little effort… but once it’s together, it looks incredible. The lighting is bright, smooth, and really adds to the overall vibe of the room. Super customizable and worth it for how good it looks once it’s up.

Good for the price

It has nice vibrant colors, not too difficult to set up. Just with the base would come off without affecting the light

Love this Light

This light is everything I hoped it would be. It was a little challenging to put it together, but the results are amazing. I placed it in the corner of my office and it’s great for early morning before the sun rises as I have it dialed in to turn blue at 5 AM and then it’s great for evening with a soft white ambiance. It connected with Apple Home app instantly and I am thinking of buying another one.

I like this item because it gives a very aesthetic view to my living area in my apartment. You can turn on the light in your phone and change colors etc. Perfect purchase for a great price.

Poor lighting and the stand looked crooked and uneven. Decided to return it. Looked cool though.

We are sorry to hear that the Floor Lamp did not meet your expectations. While we are glad you liked the overall design, uneven assembly or lighting performance is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it helps us improve our products moving forward, and we hope you will consider Nanoleaf again in the future.

Worst set up, light strip does not install
Northtxreview Posted
Rubber light strip has to be smashed into the poles, and in the worst format I’ve ever seen. The strip will not install easily, nor does it fit correctly. Dont waste money.

We understand your frustration with the installation experience, and the rubber light strip is designed to fit very snugly inside the lamp poles to ensure proper alignment, light diffusion, and long term stability once installed. In some cases, the strip may require slow and even pressure during insertion, making sure it is properly aligned before feeding it through the pole to avoid bunching or resistance. If the strip does not seem to seat correctly or appears defective, our support team can review the issue and help determine whether a replacement or alternative solution is appropriate. Poor connectivity

Have to fight with it to connect to wifi in order to use the app . Pair and unpair several times

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Nanoleaf Floor Lamp. The lamp connects through the Nanoleaf app using a 2.4 GHz WiFi network, and pairing issues are often related to network settings, signal strength, or residual pairing data from previous attempts. Fully power cycling the lamp and router, confirming Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled on your phone, and completing a proper reset before pairing again usually stabilizes the connection and prevents repeated pair and unpair cycles. Once successfully connected, the lamp should remain reliably accessible in the app. If the issue continues, our support team can review your setup in detail and help resolve the connection behavior.
