I have had this machine for about 2 weeks and I’ll change if needed. I have two Pomskys and three children. The mess they make is astounding. I use to sweep daily and mop every 3-4 days. My main floor I use this on is 1200 sq ft with a mix of mats, rugs, area rugs and wood flooring. Set up was pretty easy. Mapping, you can remap as you change rooms for decor or rearrange You can separate rooms as long as there are not barriers. I have a staircase in the center and it recognizes as a barrier. I cannot split living from dining which is a little annoyance as I want each room cleaned at different times. However, it can spot clean on a perimeter or location I set. It gets under my bed edges well. I would like it to tell me when my tanks are full or empty prior to but that’s ok. You can monitor life on the replaceable parts etc which is also great. You can set up schedules, adjust which rooms to clean first. Suction levels for each room and mop wetness for each room to your liking. This little machine has saved me hours weekly of cleaning. I’m ocd and have to have my floors clean always. I rave about this to my friends and some are getting it. I have tried other machines and by far this one impressed me the most! If you’re thinking about it. Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Before the Narwal i found myself vacuuming and mopping twice a day and still felt my floor was dirty. Now i just set the Narwal to do its task and with one pass my floors are sparkling. The app is so easy to use. The fact that I can use my phone or Alexa device to set, the task is a wonderful feature.

Love the idea of this combo, unfortunately mine didn’t work properly right out of the box. Set up was easy, mapping was easy, it swept with no issue but it will not mop. Have reset it multiple times but keep getting a sensor error.

After each use, I check the side brushes and 2 rollers on the machine. With pets and long-haired individuals at home, I expected to have to clear out tangled hair to keep it running at peak performance, but to my surprise, tangles don't happen with the extra brush. It saves me time cleaning the floors and maintaining the device itself. It is worth every penny!!
