excellent scooter: has good power for kid to adult very well made with actual rubber replaceable tires construction is pretty solid except for the neck ( handlebars mount to) which is made out of plastic so not sure how it will do if scooter falls over. Deck and suspension are really plush and go over the street no problem with comfort. battery life is pretty good solid 20 miles on a single charge mostly going 15 to 20 mph. I would recommend for a kid to adult use. I paid $419 on sale The only negative I give is that the scooter is not returnable to Best Buy so be aware. I took a gamble but am satisfied so far!

I have busy life. I paid and bought this for my son, it came and there are error on screen, it does not work always. They are tell me ship it back and they will fix it in 15-20 days. I do not have the box. I don't want to deal with this. I paid it and it needs to work, I regretted to select this product. I don't want to deal with a mess. If not working day1 , refund my money and take your product back. Do much hassle
