Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve tried a few e-scooters before, but this one is truly on another level. The suspension system is by far the best I’ve experienced—better than many market-leading brands. It feels incredibly stable and smooth even on rough roads, which really sets it apart. The range is also impressive, especially considering the scooter’s weight. It strikes the right balance between performance and practicality, making it reliable for daily use. A quick note for anyone new to e-scooters: make sure you learn proper braking before riding on public roads, and always wear a helmet for safety. If you’re hesitating in this price range, I’d say definitely go with Navee. The brand might not be the most well-known yet, but the scooter delivers exactly what it promises—and it’s worth every cent.

This is truly the best birthday gift I’ve ever received! From the moment I opened it, I was already impressed. It was very easy to install and set up, and using it is so simple and convenient. I also love how easy it is to store when not in use. The battery life is absolutely amazing—it lasts so long that I don’t have to worry about charging it all the time. What I appreciate most is how reliable and affordable this brand is. The quality really exceeded my expectations. It looks so premium and expensive, yet the price is very reasonable. You can really tell that it’s well-made and designed with care. I’ve been using it and it has made such a difference for me. I’m very happy and satisfied with this gift. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for something practical, high-quality, and worth every penny. I love it so much!

Amazing scooter. Has a great app, locks with Bluetooth and carries me well at 220 lbs. Get one they are priced right. The company also has very good support.

Excellent product in the future I will buy another one UT5 Ultra X Supercar Electric Scooter, 43.5 mph Speed, 74.6 Miles Range, Dual 2400W Peak Motor & Hydraulic Suspension & Oil Disc Brake, Self-Sealing Tires, Flash Charge Off-Road Scooter Adults

Love this scooter, it’s very fun, one issue is the battery life isn’t that accurate and doesn’t last anywhere near as long as advertised. Fun scooter though and stylish. Quite heavy though.

Scooter is way much better than we expected. My son loved it very very much. We want to thank to any one who has participated for this purchase

Overall the scooter itself is great - great speed at 25mph, traction control, durability, shock absorption, and overall fit. But after just 2 months, the scooter will no longer turn on. It was working just fine on my way to work. I turned it off on the train. When I got off the train to ride it, I pressed the power button and it wouldn't turn on. This same issue happened to me with the GT3, which is why I purchased the ST3, idk why this seems to be a theme with NAVEE scooters. I wish they were more reliable they'd be the best scooters in the game
