Next Gen is here! This game has been exactly what I thought it would be, great.

It gets hate which is understandable, however the game itself is an improvement. Throughout the past few years 2k has released horrible sports games but this is a good start on a comeback. The introduction of the city is great as MyCarrer players have been begging a new park for ages. The graphics improvement is stunning, 2k added an entire 2nd casting team and the defense is a lot more realistic including manual help defense

Nice and entertaining game, nothing new though from the others

I was able to catch a great deal on this game with it being on sale. It's really fun and the graphics are really impressive on the PS5. I wouldn't pay $69 for this game but it's a great deal at $20. My only complaint is it can be a little buggy at times. Nothing too compromising, but it's enough to deduct 1 star.

I just upgraded to the PS5. The graphics and game play for 2K21 is unreal! However, I don’t like the fact that if you want to play with friends online you have to pick the team for them. I don’t understand why 2K changed this feature, but that is why they aren’t getting a 5 star rating.

NBA2K21 Next Gen is great. Updated visuals, little to no load times and DualSense features during gameplay. Gameplay is very familiar to previous entries. All game modes and features still present from previous entries.

I just received my PS5 and wanted a game to bide time until Madden 22 releases. This was discounted heavily so I gave it a go. It has not disappointed. I’ve exclusively played the My Career mode. The mode has some good depth and has yet to become stale. The temptation to buy their virtual coins to progress my player was too much so I dumped a few dollars to make it more enjoyable. I can see that part becoming addictive and ultimately expensive so be cautious.

Best nba game I have played! Amazing graphics, and realistic game play. Not as easy starting career as other 2k games, so it’s a challenge. Worth every penny.

This game shows the biggest next-gen leap in my opinion, so it might be the most worthwhile game. The triggers on the PS5 respond to banging in the paint and the load times are incredibly non-existent.

Visually amazing, not to crazy about the price hike and the added micro transactions which are ridiculous but can’t deny the quality of the actual game.

Game is fun to play with family and friends side by side or online. The moves are easy to deploy. If you starting out playing the nk, this game will help assist you on how to play.

Fantastic graphics and storyline. Love the new NBA2K. The character choices and development are excellent. Worth the purchase.

Love the 2K NBA Games, but the next gen graphics and sound are amazing. (Assuming, of course, that you have a decent TV and soundbar/surround to accommodate)

Looks beautiful and, once I get the hang of it, I think I will enjoy the gameplay more. It just has two critical failures. First, if you don't want your MyPlayer to be awful, microtransactions are necessary. I understand that they want to emphasize the grind, but I don't have time for that. Give me the choice to be good. Second, it ain't worth $70. It's certainly better than the current gen game, but not so much that it should cost more and not be included with the old version.

Its basketball with improved graphics. The game play is good and breaking ankles then shooting the three is great especially when you knock it down.

The graphics on this game are amazing. The game play is smooth. If you're a basketball fan, get it!
