Easy to set up and easy to place bags in tray. The app has worked great, and I love I can hit a button to clean. The only thing I would say is the weight part (to decipher which cat) is super sensitive, and if your cat does not get all the way in the box, it will not self clean because it did not register the cat. But the use of the app you can hit one button and clean it.
