A: They are usually in our local store but not very many are in stock at one time so if you are going only to buy this item I recommend checking the BestBuy website or app for availability ahead of time.
A: The bags are put together from a company that sends out a monthly subscription box called loot crate. The items are most likely surplus from the subscription boxes and often the bags have a "theme" like Harry Potter, Twilight or Batman etc...but this isn't a guarantee. I've bought the exact items in different bags before but lately you are more likely to get a variation of the same item. For example there may be a "blind box" that has a collectable figure inside in which case youbmight pull two ofthose boxes in two different bags but the figure inside is usually different. On average there are 3 items per bag, 4 if you get a really good one and you can expect (esp.) w/ the Pop Culture bags- 1 of the items to be an enamel pin of some sort. If you do a search for loot crate pins or bags you'll see a bunch online. I've purchased quite a few for gifts&have tons of useless items but it's still fun&kids like the extras. I'll add pics later.
