I ordered THIS figure and received the Hannibal Lecter who is standing up in a jail cell scene, not this Hannibal strapped in a strait jacket, correct box, wrong figure. Someone must have swapped it out and returned it. When I chatted with a Rep online, they told me the best way to get this sorted out was to physically go into a store. So, I drive all the way to the store and the CS Rep proceeds to tell me that nothing is wrong and that I got what I had purchased. I ask him to look at the picture and clearly it is a different figure. Same guy, Hannibal Lecture, but clearly wrong figure, pose, accessories, etc. I even pull up pictures on my phone of the two different figures to show him and he just refuses to listen to me, must be thinking I'm trying to run a scam or something "you got what you paid for." All I wanted was the correct figure that I actually had paid for, but Best Buy was no help whatsoever. I told him just forget about it and refund my money, and I lose my promo code that I had used for this purchase. I asked him do I just lose it even though this is not my fault? He proceeds to tell me it will automatically go back to me. Wrong again! Be wary of purchasing action figures online through Best Buy.
