Perfect remastered. Graphics are well polish and can see the upscale. I mostly play on handeheld and runs so smooth.I can take it any where and bring those intense racing with me by far best racing game for the switch.Hope to see a remastered for most wanted or u detgrou d 2 for the switch.

I love this game if you like racing and old Need for Speed games, this is wonderful. I'm so glad they brought it to the switch.

Got this game for $21! Best Buy makes picking it up a breeze too! Their curbside pick up works great and I would definitely recommend it for the time being. The game runs smooth and looks great on the switch! It actually keeps up with the current gen versions!

I am impressed on how good the graphics look on docked & undocked modes. I was trying to decide if getting the xbox one version would be the better choice but I am glad how well it runs on the switch. My only gripe is it's one of those titles that wants an internet connection before you play, There may be a setting within the game options to turn this off but I couldn't find it, my work around solution was to turn on airplane mode on the switch to bypass it.

Son loves it and it works with his steering wheel so he is more than happy with it.

Fun game, the remaster looks great but there are a couple of performance hitches here and there as seems to be common with most Switch ports. Don't expect it to run buttery smooth but you can get 30fps most of the time. Being able to take cat/mouse racer like Hot Pursuit on the go is worth the trade off though. I mainly just play the single player missions chasing people down and running from the cops. I haven't messed with the online, but the game is fun. Keep in mind this is an arcade style racer, not a simulator. It's going to be easier for most people to play but doesn't require quite as much skill to master the driving techniques.

Bought this game as a gift for my nephew who has a passion for gaming and sports. The graphics are great and it is simply fun...its his new favorite game.

Most fun I've had on Need For Speed since Most Wanted! And not only did I get this game at a discounted price, but it arrived in no time! I am loving it!

There hasn't been a Need for Speed title on a Nintendo console since Most Wanted in 2012 (which was a great port, better than the 360 and PS3). But prior to that Nintendo had had weaker hardware and primarily motion controllers for the Nintendo Wii entries. This PS3/360/PC title was great when I played it on PS3 (at 720p/30fps) but now runs at 1080p/30fps on Switch. The controls are great and it plays well especially on the Pro controller. I also picked it up on the Xbox One for the series X where it will play at upto 4K 30fps or 1080p/60fps. Unfortunately it released right before next gen consoles so it hasn't been patched (and likely won't be) to play on them where it could easily run at 4K/60fps or possibly 1080p/120fps. Still the game runs great on Switch whether docked or on the go. Hopefully future entries in the series also make their way to Nintendo's consoles.

Playing this on my new OLED switch and love it. One of the best switch games for graphics, great sense of speed. Stunning cars and very fun. It’s an arcade racer, not a simulation, but still challenging

While this game isn’t as customizable as other games into the series it still is a fun throw back. If you play in handheld the short cutscenes before races do have a bit of bug in where they either don’t probably render or flicker. But its still a smooth gameplay experience, fun crossplay, sadly no cross progression so if you also play on another platform you will have to start all the way from scratch which will b annoying especially if you grinded this game

Games just as, if not more than, fun as I remember from way back when(with some major upgrades of course). Delivery arrived a couple days early which was just about the best surprise. Everything was exactly as described and not only would I use the Best Buy service again, I already have. Definitely recommended 10/10.
