It's everything I asked for and what I expected it to be. Feels like a sturdy piece of equipment. Everything feels so smooth when setting it up and packing it away.

This item arrived without paperwork. It does not have a pole to extend and I am unable to take it apart, to see how it "might" be supposed to work. Additionally, each time I called Best Buy about this product, I went around and around with their A1 representative, to attempt resolution. Finally, I persuaded "it" to get a customer service representative. He wanted to be helpful, but sent me online to resolve a return. Not an option. I will ship the item back to the Overland Park store, where it was purchased online. My one star here is for the heroic customer service person, who wanted to help but was constrained by Best Buy procedures (my opinion-not stated).
