Its very nice and its easy to install and it took only 30 minutes to install, since it comes with the installation kit. It has different level of water pressure that is low to high. It has self cleaning nozzle and nozzle is protected with cover as well. I am going to buy two more the same model for rest of the toilets.

I am not very handy or good at directions but this was a breeze to install...bidet has great power and cleaning ability.....Already saving on toilet paper after less than a week ...highly recommend this For every bathroom n your home! They offer free parts and shipping on bumpers for the toilet seat..And extended warranty to two years when you register it..it’s all in the manual So read it!!!!!and Get this product today It will change your life

Wasn't sure what to expect. Installation was super easy. The kit includes wrenches, so only needed a screwdriver. Installation for a non-expert was easy and fast, maybe 10 minutes. The control lever is just turned up to whatever pressure you want for however long you want it. Done! Doesn't need to get any more complicated than that.

no toilet paper in stores? No problem! This thing works awesome! Super easy to install! Great quality! Includes everything you will need for the install! Even teflon tape. I walk around feeling much cleaner these days! Worth the money.

I decided to try this the Luxe - Neo 120 Bidet because toilet paper was hard to find in stores. The installation was really easy and only took 10 minutes with all the necessary tools included in the kit. The controls feel well made and higher quality than I expected. You can’t beat this sales price for a Bidet with a self-cleaning function.

I was extremely hesitant about buying this product. I had never used one before and the concept seemed foreign to me. However after purchasing it I don’t know how I went this long without it. This product is amazing and installation only took 10 minutes. I highly recommend this for anyone considering.

I submitted a review a minute ago and when I clicked on submit, it just disappeared so this may be my second. I just installed this yesterday which is why I only gave it 4 stars. I just haven't had it long enough to give it 5. The install was easy and they supplied everything needed including a couple of plastic wrenches. It has several settings for water pressure level, but my house has really good pressure and the lowest level is fine. I like that it has a setting to push water through the jets for cleaning. It has a 2 year warranty if you register it within 30 days. If not it is still and 18 month warranty which is still good. I am sure I will be pleased with it and would give it 5 stars if I had it longer.

Easy to install and great especially for toilet paper shortages.

I used the current pandemic to convince my wife this was a good time to purchase. This is a fantastic product and you'll never feel cleaner. My wife even admits it was a good purchase. Well worth it and we'll probably pick up a second one soon for downstairs.

Once you become accustomed, it is a must for clean behinds and good sanitary practices. Bottoms up!

great...not the best but keeps you clean better than tissue paper. Never felt a good hygiene done. Recommended.

I bought this for my wife, so I will let her review it: "I am very satisfied with the Luxe 120 bidet. I knew this was the right model for me--I don't need the warm water feature of the more expensive models; the cool water is fine. Also, I didn't need the feature that allows cleaning of "feminine" parts. As it turns out, this model actually can clean both body parts--all I have to do is sit further back on the toilet seat and I can direct the water flow to wherever I need or want it. I'm also finding that I don't need a very strong force of water flow. The lowest setting does the job just fine. It was relatively easy to install and didn't require extra parts for the toilet seat to fit right as some videos claim. But your toilet seat may be different so measure if you need to. It definitely does save on toilet paper; I use a towel to dry after use. I'm so happy with my Luxe Neo 120 bidet! It was the perfect brand and model for me. Also, I waited till the price reduced a bit so I think we got it at a very good price."

Since there was a shortage of tp everywhere this guy at such a low cost was a savior. Works great, good pressure, and cleans well. I would recommend trying the metal attachment it comes with first as it worked for all my toilets and the plastic one didn't, but it will depend on your toilet. First one took 45 minutes to install (i hate plumbing stuff) the rest took 15 after finding out that plastic piece wasn't the business (the one that screws into the toilet tank itself.) No leaks and had it over 1 year now

Truly a game changer! Elevates the ideal hygiene! Don’t need any more baby wipes. This only has a cold water function. But it doesn’t bother me at all, totally comfortable. Has a dial setting to increase pressure of the water stream, and has a dial to self clean between uses. I absolutely love this product. So easy to assemble, literally attaches right to the toilet. Anyone can do it. I’m totally hooked. I ordered another one a week later for my other bathroom.

I don’t understand why these aren’t more popular. They are amazing. It is so much more sanitary. Reduces the amount of toilet paper you use. You are so much cleaner than just using TP. I did lots of research. Was easy to install. Make sure you get the self cleaning one like this. I chose this over the model with feminine wash because another review said that one had two nozzles and were not centered. Also, I was worried it would be too cold, but it’s fine.

Purchased as a deal of the day. Would not fit on toilet seat where we had intended to install but fits well another toilet with a different seat. Easy to attach and connect to water. The inauguration was a bit of a surprise, and the water did not hit the mark entirely. According to online info, the nozzle should be adjustable but I haven't had luck adjusting. Instead I move a bit to and fro for appropriate coverage. Works well! Nothing seems to remain that could cause any skid marks and a single sheet adequately drys. Attempting to convince the Mrs we keep wash cloth or rags for drying, but not much luck so far.

We were hesitant to purchase because it wasn't something we thought about until this Covid 19 crisis. My wife and kids were very reluctant to use it. After installing which was quick and easy and I used it. I felt cleaner and wondered why we didn't get this before. Also it saves on paper. My wife and kids felt the same after trying it. Now everyone feels it's a necessity.

If you have traveled to Europe, you have likely met the Bidet. During the recent health scare. people decided that hoarding toilet paper for a respiratory infection made sense. Bidets have been popular in Europe for decades. It is better for your plumbing to wash off fecal material from your bottom than it is to use a "flushable" wipe which does not dissolve in the sewers (search "fatburg" to see what happens with wipes when you flush them). Instillation was easy. Remove the seat. Center the unit on the bowl and bolt down so the spout as far back as possible. Turn off the water that goes to the toilet. Attach the supplied splitter to the pipe (and use the pipe tape to avoid leaks). Attach the hose from the splitter to the bidet. SLOWLY TURN THE WATER ON AND CHECKS FOR LEAKS. Put the lid back on. The only thing you should do is add thicker bumpers to the front of the toilet seat - as you just added another 1/4 inch thickness one hint. the first few times you use it, turn the water on VERY SLOWLY, until you know where you need to sit for the water to do the work. Trust me.

First time I used a bidet was abroad. Immediately wondered why this isn't more common in the US. For example, when we get peanut butter & jelly on our hands, we don't reach for the toilet paper roll to clean up, we wash our hands instead. Same concept but for your bum. I've been searching for a bidet that didn't require an electrician to show up at home like those high end Japanese Toto bidets since I didn't have an electric outlet near the toilet. I did a ton of research and settled on the Luxe Neo 120 as the best bang for the buck non-electric bidet. Furthermore, it took only 10 minutes to install. In earlier online reviews, YouTube install videos, and Luxe's own setup tutorial video, the T-splitter was plastic. However, mine came with a metal T-splitter. I tried it out for a week and everyone at home started taking a dump on my toilet. A week later, I bought a 2nd Luxe Neo 120 bidet from Best Buy
