Won’t cut cheese easily. Boggs down and really struggles with it. Did good on ham and roast beef, although I had to cut them each in half to fit as it won’t accept the entire width. Same was true with the cold cheese wheel, but it’s large and I anticipated halfing it.

It works but the sliding part is not so good. The blade is not that sharpe

Excellent machine. I would recommend it to any one. The machine works quite well.

this is just what I needed. I had to replace a gear in it after a few months of use.

We have used this to slice ham and slice roast to make jerky. We like the power and especially the depth control.

Used first time for 15 minutes worked great. Pulled out to use a week later for lunch meat a d cheese and took a crap in 30 minutes. Returned for a full refund. Will look for another brand.

My wife loves it. Great for all kinds of things. Easy to clean as well.
