I am in love with my machine and milk frother. The Nestle company assembled a lovely set. This comes with the milk frother and a small case of a variety of nespresso coffee pods. The instructions are easy to understand and the quality of coffee that is produced is that of an upper category restaurant. Well worth the cost and great for small spaces.

Bought this for my wife who uses it every day. She got hooked on Nespresso when our daughter and husband were visiting and bought one from Best Buy a few months earlier. They had purchased a 220-230 volt Nespresso in Europe and it was cheaper to buy a 110 volt unit then a power adapter due to the high wattage. When they left they took it with them, so another was ordered. In the mean time they appear to have changed the OEM manufacturer, but same quality. For the actual coffee, Nespresso has a warehouse in St. Petersburg which results in one day shipping.

Yes, it is true you have to go online to order Nespresso coffee, but very easy to do and lots of flavors to choose from. My husband LOVES his machine and offers coffee/espresso to all who come to visit!

I totally love this machine I got during pre Black Friday sales. I always wanted a Nesspresso but I kept telling myself ‘later’. Because I have the Keurig 2.0 - 450, the big brewer that takes up a lot of my counter space. I didn’t want to invest 100s for another coffee machine and take up more space. This beauty is tiny and efficient. Easy to use and clean. Makes a superb cup of espresso or Lungo. I personally like the espresso cos it’s stronger and just so yummy. The frother is so quiet and quick. Easy to clean with non stick layer inside. The only thing i didn’t like about the frother was it can’t handle hot liquids. It needs to be warm-hot kinda. Else it won’t start. Since I like my cup steaming hot I have to heat it in microwave after frothing Meh :/. It’s ALMOST what you get at premium coffee shops. If this is your first machine or new to the world of espresso this is exactly what u need.

I bought this machine on Black Friday as a supplement to my full-cup-brewing K-Cup machine, and I've hardly wanted to use the old machine since. This is a great machine, looks great in my kitchen, the milk brother is pretty great, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a slightly better caffeine drink every day.

Bought this to replace a DeLonghi espresso machine that was a manual type. This automated machine is so much easier and takes up less counter space, it even fits under the counter. I LOVE the milk frother it comes with! It does really dense foam for cappuccinos (I was really impressed with the density of the foam), and steamed milk (with less-dense foam) for lattes. Happy with the purchase so far, but I'm curious as to how long the machine will last -- this one is less expensive because it has plastic parts. So if you plan to use the machine ALOT you may consider getting one that has steel parts.

Excellent machine. Small in size so it doesn't take too much space on your counter. Makes a cup quickly and tastes great. The milk frother is a great touch. My only compliant is a small water reservoir.

Love the creamy espresso, or long coffee. The frother works great even with coconut milk and almond milk, (must be unsweetened). Delivers a great cup of espresso, coffee, of cappuccino every time.

This Nepresso machine is awesome! It is very compact, so you will save a lot of counter space with this model. It makes great espresso and cappuccinos very quickly. I would buy this machine again.

I love that this machine is compact. Works great and has a separate electric frother. Both machines are so simple to use and easy clean up.

I’ve been wanting to buy this for some time now but since I already own a Keurig I can’t justify myself to buy another coffee machine. However it went on sales for $99 with the frother, I had to pull the trigger. Nespresso makes so much better coffee than keurig. They have some newer models that are smaller, but I would say this model is better since the drip tray folds up to fit bigger cups. It’s definitely a feature to pay attention to when comparing this to the newer but smaller models. -1 Star only because it’s soooo loud. I thought it was broken at first but when I looked up videos online, they all sound the same.

It is well built, compact and makes the best tasting coffee you could find. Fast, easy to clean, an excellent buy.

My husband and I have regularly been enjoying Cappuchinos since I bought the Nespresso Inissia and Foamer. I was unaware of this product until we rented a penthouse in Porto, Portugal and now we are no longer satisfied with our regular coffee. I went with this product because the cartridges are recyclable. The price at the time I bought it was way better than anywhere else.

I am so glad we decided to make this purchase. Sat on the fence about it for a long while but decided to finally make the purchase. The frother alone was a great buy on its own. We have a kuerig, which we love, but having an espresso machine right at home is fantastic. Heats up quickly and brews quick. I can have a machiatto ready in about 6 minutes. What's not to love.

I've been just trying to find some way of getting espresso like you get in Italy. Or Paris. I don't care, but when you come back to the states, this stuff is horrible in comparison. The espresso from this little Inissia is perfect. It scratches the itch. It gives me amazing espresso in a flavor I like, rich crema, and it's fast. I love this thing.

I love this machine. I've had it for a year and it still runs great. I even purchased one of these for my office so that I could save money from afternoon Starbucks runs. In addition to getting a second Inissia I purchased a machine in the Vertuo line and have had it a year too. I have a Ninja coffee system that I don't even use anymore because this machine is so much better. The coffee in the Ninja doesn't get hot enough for me. The coffee tastes richer than any coffee I've made in a Keurig too. I use the Vertuo more often in fall and winter and the Inissia in spring and summer or when a cappuccino will do. I can't recommend one over the other as I really like them both however the pods for the Inissia are cheaper so I don't bother buying cappuccino and lungo for the Vertuo, only coffee pods for that one. I've tried the Vertuo cappuccino pods and can't tell a quality difference between those and the ones for the Inissia. If you are in the market for your first Nespresso machine and you like coffee and cappuccinos then I would recommend going straight to a Vertuo line machine. Either way you won't be disappointed.

The combo of inissia and the frother is all you need to stay home and enjoy fantastic espresso and latte’s . The machines are very easy to use with great results plus the coffee is wonderful..stop going to the coffee shops and paying $4 - you can do it at home for 1/2 the price!!

Alright so I recently came back from Europe and every Airbnb I stayed in had one of these espressos machines! I was hooked on it. When I came home I knew I needed one. This machines makes a perfect cup of espresso EVERY time. The milk frother is fantastic! I get to make lattes and cappuccinos at home. The only reason I don’t 5 stars is because this machine is extremely loud when making a cup.

Purchased on black friday - worth the deal. Great small machine, takes up little space and provides good espresso's. Milk frother is added bonus. Only negative is that the bottom attachment doesn't come off and only folds up.
