We ordered the coffee maker online. When we opened the parcel the box was in bad shape and the box seal was broken. The coffee maker was apparently already unboxed and put back. We may have even tolerated that but when we looked at the included capsules we noticed that they expired already 1 1/2 years ago. This is absolutely intolerable. Will return immediately.

doesn't take up much counter space, which is a plus in the kitchen. Makes a good cup of coffee and gets the job done pretty quick. Just makes a bit of noise while doing it. Not really a drawback for me, since it only lasts for a short while. But if you get up earlier than a room mate and want to make a "quiet" cup of coffee while somebody else is sleeping in, then it may be an issue. Otherwise, I'd would give it 5 stars - if you purchase at a fair price (mine was on sale).

I've had my Nespresso for two years now after trying my sisters and bought one again last year for the in laws. I usually drink coffee with all kinds of milks and sugars but with how well this machine can froth I can now drink black coffee which is very helpful when you're on Keto. It does not taste like watered down coffee like other machines and the pods area out .70 to 1.25 depending on the speciality plus ordering coffee pods from their website is so easy. The machine itself is easy to use. It is loud, but it doesnt bother me. I've also gotten the bigger Vertuo machine for my brother but that's more complicated than the Original Nespresso machine. I'd rather stick to the original. I'd recommend this to any coffee drinker who doesnt like all the fuss and tools need for a good brew.

The ease of this device has ended my spend at local coffee shops. It heats up quickly and pours the perfect espresso. I recommend sticking with nespresso cups than a knock-off though, as it is much better quality. If you have a local nespresso store, go there, they have great promotions.

It has been the perfect pick me up.use it every day. It is the best cup of coffee at work and the espresso comes out nice and hot. Everyone should get a coffee machine like this one!

Great machine for the price. Perfect size. A little loud, but not really a big deal as it is quick.

Prior to owning this I have owned every type of coffee machine on earth. I was tired of the cleanup and the mixed results so I finally broke down and bought the Nespresso thinking it wouldn't be as good since it was a pod system and didn't take 10 minutes to make coffee, and would be a disaster like the Keurig is with subpar coffee, but I was very wrong. The process is super fast, the coffee is very hot and the machine even though it is one of the cheapest ones feels and looks very nice, nice quality. The only reason I could ever see getting rid of it is to buy one that had the built in milk unit for making drinks with steamed milk.

A nice little machine which makes excellent espresso in quick time. It is a no hassle machine. A only downside is that you have to order the nespresso capsules online. It is not common to find these in your local store as opposed to say K-cups for Keurig machines.

My boyfriend is very happy with his gift. I was not very happy when I find the frothing pitcher was not included even though it was wondering the display on the one I purchased and I was told by the associate the only difference was the size of the water resivor. And cups r hard to find so that was another online purchase but we did get a good deal. The machine itself works great. And nonissues

I drink at least 3 cups a day, and I found out Nespresso coffee taste the best and very easy and fast to make a cup of coffee. The size is small and take small space in the kitchen. Although, I wish Nespresso pods are available in bestbuy to buy.

Quick alternative to brewing a big pot of coffee, the nespresso pods are tasty and the included variety pack gives you a good idea on what you like and don't like. The machine is quick, the coffee comes out hot and it's easy to use. Looks sleek too

Compact, sleek design fits on my tiny apartment countertop. But don't let the small size fool you. This is one AMAZING expresso maker. Simple to use, easy cleanup, and great tasting expresso in seconds! Couldn't live without it :)

I have already a few years espresso machines from Nespresso. This one I bought as a present and I know that their quality in the espresso is great no matter how small or economic the machine is from this brand.

This is my second nespesso machine, my first one broke after 3 years. The part that broke was the automatic pod dispenser, which was cool, but with that being said, this one is manual.. sure, not as fancy, and God forbid I have to move a lever....twice! Lol. So, not as fancy, but that part won't break now cuz it doesn't exist, but same great flavor and awesomeness of having an espresso machine at home...I already own the milk frothed, which is way cool too. Great machine, especially on sale, and half the price without the features I don't need anyway.

Love the fact Best Buy gives a lot of discounts. I bought it with the reduced price but there was not a day I would not use my coffee maker. GREAT! And Nespresso satisfies me with new flavor every time. Great purchase
