Customer Ratings & Reviews

We originally bought our Nespresso Vertuo because we wanted café-quality coffee at home, and it has exceeded our expectations. The coffee is consistently smooth and flavorful, with a rich crema that makes every cup feel special. We love how simple it is to use—just insert a capsule, press one button, and it’s ready in minutes. It has become part of our daily routine, whether we’re making a quick morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon latte with our milk frother. The machine has been reliable, easy to clean, and the variety of Vertuo capsules means we never get bored trying different flavors. While the capsules cost more than regular coffee, the quality, convenience, and taste make them well worth it. We would absolutely recommend the Nespresso Vertuo to anyone who wants delicious coffee at home without the complexity of a traditional espresso machine.

I’ve owned a keurig for a long time and drank single serving coffee for years now. I was a little hesitant to buy this as I wasn’t sure how different it would be from Keurig coffee. It’s like night and day. This machine makes incredible coffee and espresso. We’re addicted and have to stop ourselves from drinking more than 2 a day. Highly recommend!

Used one while we were in Cancun. Nespresso is an awesome product and takes us back to Cancun every morning Delicious coffee every time

makes a great cup of coffee and makes it quick real easy

As a connoisseur of all things caffeinated, I couldn't resist grabbing the Nespresso Vertuo Chrome by Breville as a gift for my dear wife. If ever there was a machine that could bring a twinkle to the eye of even the most hardened coffee cynic, this, my friends, is it! As soon as I unboxed this gleaming chrome beauty, it was as if the heavens parted and a choir of angels began to sing. I knew I had stumbled upon the Holy Grail of coffee-making machines. The sleek design and eye-catching finish make it an instant conversation starter, with guests often mistaking it for a futuristic teleportation device or a miniature space rocket. The intuitive and user-friendly interface made me feel like I was sipping espressos with George Clooney on a yacht in Lake Como. The one-touch brewing system left me wondering if I had accidentally acquired an advanced AI barista. Seriously, if Tony Stark had a coffee machine, this would be it! But let's not forget about the real star of the show: the coffee itself. The Nespresso Vertuo Chrome brews a cup of joe that's smoother than a Kenny G saxophone solo. The rich, aromatic flavors and velvety crema transport me to a quaint Italian café, where I can almost hear the faint whispers of "Mamma mia!" in the background. And did I mention the dizzying array of Nespresso pods? With flavors that range from "Vanilla Éclair" to "Caramel Cookie," it's like having a Willy Wonka chocolate factory, but for coffee! My wife and I have made it our mission to taste-test every single one – a caffeine-fueled adventure that has made us the envy of our friends and family. In conclusion, the Nespresso Vertuo Chrome by Breville has revolutionized our mornings and sent our taste buds on a first-class trip to Flavor Town. I'm proud to report that my wife adores her new gift, and I've secured my spot as the reigning champion of gift-giving. Nespresso, you had us at "espresso"!

Normally, when a company builds something this perfect, some corporate suit decides to "optimize" it into a cheap piece of plastic. Somehow, Nespresso resisted the urge to ruin this. They still make the exact same model we bought 7 years ago, because trying to improve it would be like trying to rewrite the original Star Wars trilogy (and we know how that goes). Our first one lasted 7 years under heavy use conditions. I worked that thing as if it owed me cold, hard cash and I was collecting interest. If you are debating what to buy, stop overthinking it. This is the apex predator of coffee machines. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent machine. Fast and quiet. Makes great coffee

**Review: Breville Espresso Machine vs. Nepresso** I've had the pleasure of owning a Breville espresso machine that retails for around $900. The coffee it produces is nothing short of marvelous. The rich flavors and aromas make it worth every penny. However, I recently came across the Nepresso, and to my astonishment, it delivered an equally impressive taste. What sets the Nepresso apart, especially considering its affordable price point, is the cleanliness and simplicity of the brewing process. Making coffee has never been so effortless. For those looking for great taste without the intricate process, Nepresso is a fantastic choice. Both machines offer premium quality, but if you value ease and tidiness, the Nepresso might just edge out.

If you are looking for an ease of use and ease of maintenance, I strongly recommend the Vertuo by Breville. Don't waste your money on the Vertuo Pop which easily break and require frequent cleaning and de-scaling.

Got this for my three adult children for xmas and it works great. They use it every day its so simple to operate and the pods are recyclable. The package came from "Return Center" and was not in good condition with a puncture so was worried about that so that is the reason for only 4 stars.

This is a great coffee maker. It works exceptionally well an makes amazing coffee.

Have been using for just over three weeks now and we love it. Quality looks and feels good, operation is easy and the coffee is thus-far tasty. Very much enjoy the brew process and the creama on top of the drinks. We put heavy cream at the bottom of our cups and zap it for about 30 seconds which serves as warming up said cream and the glass. One favorite thing I do is fold the creama into the drink which is very nice addition to the texture (pinky raise moment) LOL.. Has been. Great investment, definitely recommend.

We love this. Works GREAT take the plunge and buy it.

Feeling dumb for waiting so long to grab one of these up--the gap between the meh-at-best machine-that-begins-with-K coffee from the workplace break room and what's been coming out of the Nespresso at home is wider'n the mighty Mississippi. Fast, simple to use, easy to clean, environmentally sound...if you're tempted, or have been thinking about it, do it.

Once you try a Nespresso. Machine over other pod coffee makes you will never drink anything else. Bought this to replace another brand and feel the quality is a step up and coffee is a tad better. Looks great sitting on the counter as well defiantly not an eye sore.

This is the best coffee machine ever! Amazing coffee. Simple design. Easy to use.

Very quiet and does the job! Our previous one stopped working and were glad we could get the same model quickly.

I had purchased this wonderful product 5 years ago I was fine. My husband had his coffee maker “Mr Percolator “ I use cal it lol anyway he says let try some I said sure after thad there was no turning back. So got his own ✅ marriage saved plus my husband can do himself another plus for me. Thanks Nespressoc Breville

Excellent coffee every time. The machine is very easy to use and I really enjoy the variety of sizes and strengths. The pods are pricey for some ($.85-$1/pod),but it is coffee house quality.

Like this better than the modern automatic. Such a cute classic look and never fails like some of the newer models.
