I am officially a huge fan of Nespresso! After using a Keurig for years, switching to the Nespresso Vertuo Next has completely upgraded my morning routine. The coffee quality is absolutely premium. The reviews are true—it is a bit noisy—but if that isn't a deal-breaker for you, this brewer is worth it. Plus, it is compact, beautiful, and the black with rose gold accent looks stunning on my counter.

Makes great tasting coffee. It does require periodic cleaning around the brewing head to keep it working properly. Great selection of pods online but a bit pricey.

We absolutely love all NESPRESSO machines but this one has to be my favorite. I love the color and it matches perfectly with my kitchen. Not onlt does it look beautiful but it brews the most perfect cup everytime.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Makes an excellent, rich brew. And a HUGE PLUS...they offer a nice RECYCLING program and NO PLASTIC waste. It also came with the Milk Frother, which makes a good latte when you don't want to go out! Thank you for offering this Best Buy. Love the black rose gold! The stand was a separate purchase.

I’m glad I purchased this machine. It’s really nice in my kitchen and it makes great coffee. The frothed touch truly makes the difference.

Haven’t even used the coffee maker yet but the item arrived with paint missing on the logo that’s really an eye sore.

This is my new best friend. The whole family loves making the best espresso as well as full cup size coffee. I like it so much, I bought a second one for work.

The item brews great tasting coffee and espresso. It came with a frother which enhances the great coffee more. The product works as advertised.

The machine is significantly quieter than any model of a machine I've owned that worked with the original Nespresso capsules. One thing that is hard to get used to, for someone like me who has owned Nespresso machines for years, is the self-regulating size of the coffees. On older machines, you could determine how big, or small, the coffee was. With these, the machine makes the decision for you, based on the capsule you use. This isn't a bug, necessarily. It just takes some getting used to for anyone accustomed to the older models.

I had been somewhat dismissive of Nespresso machines until I stayed ina vacation rental that had one. I liked the ease, the speed, and yes, the taste. When I came home I decided to get one for myself. I did a lot of research on which to get. I don't drink lattes at home, so no milk frother needed. I wanted it to be compact, and then the whole capsules or pods issue. So far I am really pleased. While it is a bit more difficult to get pods (Vertuo line), I am pleased with the taste and quality of the coffee is worth it. I also like that the Vertuo line offers a variety of sizes from espresso to a 7.5 ounce coffee and even pour over size. The Next line allows you to adjust the cup platform depending on the size of cup. I am also pleased that Nespresso provides recycling bags for the used pods. I am very happy with this purchase.

Works great. Replacing 5 year old vertuo evoluo model that started making watery expresso/coffee. I think the seals finally went on it. So glad I got the new one. The espresso is definitely stronger and I pay money for these pods so I want to get my moneys worth. It is long but I think that works good on a kitchen counter. Has Wifi and bluetooth to tell me if I need to descale? I guess. Not sure if the wifi does anything else. It is louder than my old machine, but as long it makes good espresso/coffee don't care. Glad I bought it. Nespresso is the best, been using the pods for years.

Me and my fiance love it, i'm a hot coffee person and she's an ice coffee person!.. i just need to get the foam maker on starbucks!.. you dont have to go to starbucks anymore!!

Wow, and not in a good way. This Nespresso machine I bought from Best Buy worked for less than 6 months of light use before it started flashing red all the time. I followed all the official troubleshooting advice, but it was a band aid that worked a few times until the internal parts sprang apart. Then I went on to Best Buy to see about product support and the app walked me through a detailed appointment scheduling process. I took time off work to get there for the appointment and when I got there they told me they don’t do any work on coffee makers. I asked why the app had me do that first then and scheduled the appointment specifically for a coffee maker if they don’t do work on coffee makers. The worker said they have tried to tell management for a long time and it hasn’t changed. Wow, Best Buy. Maybe this is why Amazon is winning. That is pretty much the worse experience I’ve had with product support in a decade. Stay away from Nespresso pots, they are poorly made and you won’t get any help from Best Buy.

I love my Nespresso Machine! It was exactly what I was looking for. And the Rose gold is the perfect touch. It’s worked like a dream. Easy to clean and easy to work.

really impressed with this coffee maker, super easy to use, very fast and makes an exquisite coffee. My wife and I did not drink coffee until one day a friend gave us coffee from his nespresso coffee maker and we loved it, that's why we bought ours and we fell in love with it. her design is beautiful and her coffee is very tasty.

I've had the unit for several years and it is been absolutely flawless. The support team behind espresso is excellent and they stand behind their product.

Excellent coffee, beautiful to look at! Could not be happier with this purchase. The only con is that it is a wee bit noisy!
