I’ve had multiple iterations of the vertuo line and the Up is a product I’ve enjoyed with my few weeks of use. The brew time is quicker, with the option to customize temperature and a few other things from within the nespresso app which is a welcomed addition. My only complaint, is with how the pods are dispensed, the pod bay becomes messy quick, and does truly require frequent cleaning, especially with this lighter colored model. I’d still recommend if you are a first timer, or just in the market for a new nespresso machine
