Amazing!! I was not a frequent coffee drinker, I purchased the machine for the rest of my family but now I am a coffee drinker. The taste of the coffee is soo different.

I absolutely LOVE this espresso/coffee maker. It’s sleek and minimal, doesn’t take up much counter space. I love the matte black color. I’ve owned another Nespresso model and it stopped working on me and was finicky from the moment I started using that one. NO ISSUES with this new one. Only one button to push and the auto up/down is pretty cool.

Fantastice machine. Sleek looking, easy to use and clean, versatile. You can have espresso, a double, i wd coffee, drip, pretty much anyng you want and the quality of the coffee is outstanding. Ordering pods through neaoresso website is also a breeze and fast.

Bought as a housewarming present since they loved mine when they visited. I will say from my personal experience that: The best tasting coffee once you find your pod. I have both the VertuoPlus and the Original. I love them both dearly Without fail every year (almost to the date) the machine will start acting up. Descaling is a pain and expensive. The coffee is expensive. Like wow expensive. But if you were like me and going to Starbucks once a day because the coffee from your Mr. Coffee wasn't doing it for you, you actually end up saving money. I rarely go to Starbucks anymore.

Works pretty well. It's compact and fits nicely in a small space.

Never using another coffee system again! After one cup I craved the nespresso coffee. Great tasting, good amount of froth. I purchased a frother separately because I wanted the matte black, and it was sold out with the frother included. Easy to use it knows the pods so prefect brew every time with the press of a button. Pods eject out the back and collected in a can. I ordered a recycling bag to put my pods in as well.

Delicious coffee that comes out with foam just like you’re at a cafe. A dangerous purchase as my coffee intake has doubled since buying this machine because it’s so good! Beautiful, simple design and easy to use.

Better than expected. I’m a big coffee guy, and would love a proper espresso rig but sadly time does not always allow. I figured I would try the Nespresso maker as a secondary machine to my normal coffee maker and wow!! The espresso is perfect every time! Great flavor, and taste. Their customer service agents are also amazing! I had a problem with my first pod order and they fixed it immediately and had new pods delivered next day to me. I love this system!

I've had Nespresso for years now (Vertuoline attached water tank and pod holder on both sides). I wanted to give myself a treat with an automatic closure machine. The coffee is always great (it's pricier than a Keurig but that doesn't take away at all from the machine being great). I buy in bulk and I don't have to pay for Starbucks or suffer through the watery coffee at work.
