This machine has been rock solid so far. The coffee and espresso come out hot, smooth, and consistently good, and the crema is better than I expected for a pod system. Setup was simple, it heats up quickly, and the automatic lid is a nice touch. Capsules aren’t cheap, but the convenience and quality make them worth it for daily use.

Bought this to replace one just like it that was received as a gift in 2020. Liked it enough that we got the same model when the old one was worn out (made 4-5 cups of coffee most days = about 8,000 cups).
