Even though my house is not big, I face an issue of dead zones for WiFi reception. However, this product allows me to extend my WiFi to my office/game room. I am able to play video games, study for college, and browse the internet stress free. If you’re like me and to lazy to run Ethernet cable through your house for direct source of internet. I would highly recommend buying this product! The product does not have any negative effects at all!

I followed the instructions and I could not get the device to connect to the router after numerous attempts. I was about to return the device. I decided to call customer service and within 30 minutes (probably less) the device was connected to the router and it is working great. I would give 5 stars, but the device would not connect to the router as explained in the instructions.

Works okay. A little complicated to set up but easier than other systems. Helped us get signal in the other end of the house.

Awsome peace of tech. Bought to help extend our wifi to the back yard to watch movies on our projector. And this thing worked great. I had tried to use a hotspot from my phone to run the movie streaming but it caused alot of buffering. So i got this to try and see if it would help and it works amazing. Our house wifi barely reached into our backyard but once i plugged this in i had all the wifi bars in my backyard and it ran the movies in 4k with no problem. The setup for it was pretty simple to. It did not hook up right away like the instructions said but i just followed what they said to do it through the internet and it hooked up perfectly. I also like the lights on it it makes it easy to know where the best spot to place it in your house is.

Had my router go down which knocked out my Ring cameras. Once I changed routers I had trouble connecting two cameras that were always an issue with weak signal from previous router. Bought this little guy and no more issues and now have strong connection on the cameras. Set up was pretty straightforward no issues.

This WiFi extender works so well in a home that has a lot of dead zones. Easy to setup and use. Definitely worth getting.

I had set up my game room in the upstairs bedroom and of course the WI-FI downstairs in my living room and the signal was weak. I kept losing signal while gaming on my Xbox and PS5. I saw the reviews on this and decided to give it a try. It works really well extending my current Wi-Fi signal so now I don't have any problems gaming online. I would definitely recommend it.

I am not network savvy, and I thought I could set up this extender on my own. Nope - I had to call NETGEAR for support. I received good instructions from the NETGEAR rep, and now I can troubleshoot/reset the extender as needed (my internet is not that great, so sometimes the connection drops during a storm and I have to reset the extender, which is not plug and play). However, this little device extends the signal very well, and I would recommend it. I bought this extender to help the wifi signal reach an exterior ring stickup cam and to extend the wifi to a spare bedroom that always had a weak signal (signal is now stronger with this extender).

I didn't think this would work at first. However, I can get Wi-Fi everwhere in my home. The original modem was expensive and that couldn't even get a great signal. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a better signal.

The wi-fi signal in my office is fairly weak as I am a bit away from the router. I got the extender to hopefully give me better overall speeds and ping since I am paying for 500 mbps and only achieve in the mid-60s with ping over 40 and regular packet loss. I did the setup through the web address, and it worked for the most part. Took 3 tries as it wouldn't reconnect to my router after moving it to the outlet I wanted it to be at, which was only about 10 feet away from the router. After about 45 minutes I got it to work, but the signal was weaker than my router itself and the speeds were absolutely throttled to where internet was unusable. I was getting around 1.2 down and 3 up on average, highest I saw was 6. I tried it in a couple other locations and even switched ethernet cards, nothing worked. Useless piece of equipment, spend more money and get something that works.

This was just what I needed to extend my wifi signal outside to my patio. I already had a Netgear Night Hawk router. I also hooked my devices in the fronof my house to it as well.
