eSIM is useless

I use the product in Europe and the eSIM was horrible. While the eSIM was terrible, the physical SIM card works very well, I didn't have any issue using the physical SIM card. One other problem is the lack of touch screen. The price is another set back. The side-button can be fuzzy at times. I recommend this product if you want to use physical SIM card.

Some Quirks but it works.

It has some quirks, the wifi is slow to come up, and using 3rd party ESims is not straight forward but is possible. I like the piggyback option to free wifi portals. but I think the price is the only thing that would make me hestitant to recommend this, it needs to come in at about $350 to $400 to compete with the current market.
